Emplacement idéal. Personnel d accueil très bien... mais franchement pour un hôtel 5 étoiles... le ménage en chambre très limite, le petit déjeuner très bof et si vous mangez au restaurant roof top prévoyez l après midi... une lenteur pourtant un nombre important d’employés qui s agitent sans grande Efficacité!! Sinon governor suite bien, salle de van avec douche et baignoire top et chambre pas mal... mais 5 étoiles non! J essayerai un autre pour mon prochain séjour!!!

Bel hôtel avec petit déjeuner copieux. Chambre simple mais multiples activités que jai testé: grande piscine, salle de musculation... Très proche du ben than market et de Saigon square pour acheter des vetements.

Après un accueil mitigé le reste du séjour c est très bien passé la direction a tous de suite réagi notamment à cause du bruit nous ont changé de chambres et surclassé et nous ont offert un départ tardif alors merci encore au manager de cette hôtel qui est très bien situé et avec un très bon petit déjeuné très complet

Magnifique emplacement le meilleur. Tout tourne autour du Rex très bon cartier le meilleur. Hotel mitique avec une histoire. Mais manque de rénovation et un petit plus d'attention dans les chambres serai à la hauteur de leurs 5 etoiles. (corbeille de fruits à l'arrivée ou pftit chocolat le soir préparation de la chambre pour la nuit) en faite toutes ses petites attention ne sont pas négligeable pour un hôtel de renom.

La chambre que nous avons reçue était petite et ne correspondait pas au descriptif... Il a fallu aller insister la réception pour avoir une chambre plus spacieuse qui corresponde à ce que nous avions réservé. On a essayé de nous proposer une chambre plus chère. Déplaisant dans un hôtel de ce standing. Pour le reste, tout s’est bien passé: belle salle de sport, jolie piscine etbon restaurant pour le petit déjeuner avec un service très aimable.

Rex icone de Saigon
Comme à son habitude le Rex est une icone de l'hostellerie à Saigon. Suite spacieuse et confortable. Mobilier traditionnel. Personnel agréable. Juste quelques détails à notifier. Notre chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivée, même si celle-ci était matinale. L'heure d'arrivée est vraiment de 14h. Prendre son mal en patience à la sortie de l'aéroport. De plus, notre douche n'avait pas assez de pression et fuyait. Un peu dommage pour une suite de ce standing. Dans l'ensemble satisfait de notre séjour. J'ajouterais même que le Caravelle et le Rex restent les deux hôtels emblèmatiques et les plus appréciables de quartier de Ben Thành.

ドンコイ通り沿い、オペラハウスの近隣にあるホテルで立地は最高です。シャネル、ルブタン等の店舗も入ってます。Grabを使う、使わない距離に中央郵便局や聖マリア教会があります。スタッフ、ドアマンの気遣いは高いと感じました。特にチェックアウト後の観光、スーツケース受け取り時に汗をかいたので着替えを相談したところ、5F プールのロッカー、シャワーをお借りできました。35℃前後での観光であり、着替えができリフレッシュしてフライトに入れたのは嬉しかったです。

Great location, lovely staff who were friendly and helpful. Breakfast very varied. Nice pool. Room’s always cleaned. Was noisy over Xmas due to festival but didn’t bother us too much.
