“comfort, clean, would definetly go back”
great staff, spoke english, within walking distance to Ngon Restaurant and Ben Thanh market. A couple blocks away from Market so traffic was not as crazy as it is by the markets. Very comfortable, and clean.
“Central Siagon Bargain”
The hotel is great for short stays, the rooms are small but well apointed, clean and modern. The hotel seems fairly new and looks like it is enjoying a refresh as there was a little construction going on, there was no noise from it, so don't be put off from booking this hotel. Breakfast was included in the room rate which was great, the buffet contained some odd breakfast food choices, but the fresh omlet was great. The pool doesn't get much sun and was on the roof, it was a little chilly but a welcome relief from the heat. The main markets are less than a block from the hotel, so it's a great place to stay if you're wanting to walk and avoid cabs.
“Great location, friendly staff”
Great hotel with a central location,walking distance to most attractions and two minutes walk to main market. The staff were very helpful organizing taxies', restaurants and generally heading us in the right direction. Rooms were spacious and clean and well appointed.
“Very Central Ho Chi Minh City hotel”
Great 4 star hotel. Checked in very early, and had our rooms ready at 10.30am for us. Great staff. This hotel is right near the main markets/shopping areas, and walking distance to many other attractions (War Museum, Reunificaion Palace etc.) Food/drink expensive at the hotel but just walk outside for numerous restaurants, tour agents and shopping. Would definitely stay there again.
“Short stay”
Check in was quick and straight in to room. Breakfast was included and great choice with a view.ocation was great with easy access to all including markets and restaurants. Pool was a welcome refreshment after touring.
“A safe bet”
We stayed three nights at the Golden Hotel and must say there was very little to be negative about. The room was a little on the small side but for the price and location this was to be expected. The view out over the city from our room was spectacular and even better from the top floor restaurant and bar with panoramic windows, or the rooftop pool. The staff were generally helpful and the hotel seems to be kept clean. Breakfast could be improved but there was a good international range of options to choose from. The pool is not huge but it is on the roof and good enough for a cooling dip. The location is unrivalled, yhou are right in the centre of the city very close to vastly more expensive hotels.

The staff were great, the overall service was excellent. Free internet usage, average gym and pool.
“Just what we wanted”
Great hotel- very satisfied. Complimentary breakfast was a disappointment but other than that, would really recommend this hotel.
“Nice hotel in convenient location”
Very nice hotel with pleasant staff and beautiful rooms. Location was great too: very near to main sites right in the city centre. Will definitely stay there again if I go back to Ho Chi Minh City.
“Value for money”
First room was very small, moved to another room which was much larger and more comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Location excellent. Breakfast was acceptable but tables should be wiped clean after each use not just remove the dishes etc, food from previous users evident.
