The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my visit. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff truly made me feel valued as a guest. And let's talk about the buffet – it was outstanding! The variety and quality of food options were impressive, catering to every palate. From fresh fruits to delectable desserts, there was something for everyone. Plus, the presentation and cleanliness of the buffet area were impeccable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff and delightful buffet experience. The hotel was in a good location. I've stayed in this area before and it's good. The hotel itself was a bit challenging. First of all, the loft style sleeping area is down right dangerous. You have to hunch over to walk which o understand but getting up and down the stairs feels unsafe. Doing this at night in the dark if you need the bathroom which is down stairs was a huge hassle. Maybe not for a night but anything longer than a night you are gonna hate the loft. The other issue was that I booked a city view room. The "view" was the stairwell not any sort of view at all. I talked with the hotel staff and they said another guest was staying a long time so I had to get a non-citu view room. I booked this room months in advance. Basically was told too bad. I booked a city view room because I didn't want to have a room without any outside windows but my room had no windows to the outside. Really disappointed about that. Not happy about how the hotel seemed unconcerned about my disappointment.
