Lovely boutique hotel
Perfect location within walking distance of so many areas of HCMC. Second time staying here for us. Great breakfast on the rooftop restaurant! Very nice staff!

Lovely hotel within walking distance of huge market and night market. Food options are many and varied. When booking request to NOT be on the 6th or 7th floor below the kitchen. Very noisy in the morning!!!

Overall great place to stay! Small room, but up to date, clean, and comfortable! Great location for walking around. Manages to keep the city noise out well. Very friendly staff.

Was a sin beutiful get into the room and find a plate of fruts and a Christmas Card. I really love that. It made us feel special and important for them. Location is perfect, it was just 1 minute to the famous Street Food and Night Market. The room was small but spotlessly clean.

Best for Location
For a boutique hotel, our room was quite spacious. We are very happy that it is right in front of Ben Thanh market, so lugging our shopping bags back to the hotel was a breeze.

The best part was the location near where we wanted to be and near the marketplace and a short walk from the bui vien street night action which was a lot of fun. Staff were friendly and helpful and I would like to give a shout out to Kenny, the concierge. The building itself is dated but overall comfortable. We were on the 7th floor, and high enough from the traffic noise. The bed was comfortable and I had a had a good sleep until the chairs were being moved around in the restaurant on the 8th floor at about 7 am. The room was on the small side and TV was about 30 inches and there was not much for English channels, but okay. The tub in the bathroom was high and one needs a step to get out safely,which was supplied. Old towels and not very comfortable but this has been a familiar theme in vietnam I've found. The free breakfast on the outdoor veranda was much better than expected including eggs, bacon, sausage, and toast with a side serving of fruit. Overall the value was good and I give this place a 3.5 rating out of 5.

Room is nice and clean but a little small. Breakfast can be better. One particular staff, Jonathan, was super helpful and always so cheerful and that made the experience extra wonderful. Thank you, Jonathan.

Great hotel and location
We couldn’t faulter the hotel and the staff, room was spacious and clean, the staff were always friendly and helpful and so was the breakfast. Location was more than perfect as we were right next to the Ben Than Market but not close enough that noise was a problem.

Overall just average. The room is small and internet is slow. Bad front desk service as the lady scream at me to ask for ID like I did something wrong. At the same time she is chatting on the computer.

Great location. Nice rooftop patio limited breakfast. Shortage of electrical outlets. A/C didn't work properly; staff knew about it when I checked in and didn't tell me, so I consider that unforgiveable/deceitful...they had my repeat business, but have now lost it unfortunately.

Noise an issue
The staff were fantastic so it is with reticence that I report a negative. It has to be said that if you stay here request a room in the higher floors. Any room on lower floors suffer intense noise late into the night and early morning. Road noise can be got used to but the night market when closed move and store all its cages and associated equipment next to the hotel. Within feet off the windows. Around two hrs of metal being clanged and rattled along. ‘This of course sets the dogs barking. Then the workers family settle down to a noisy meal five feet Fromm the room window.

Nothing to fault. The beds were comfortable, room is spacious, and even though we’re located on the 2nd floor, we don’t really hear noise from the outside once we have closed the balcony door and curtains. The garlic fried rice from the complimentary breakfast is amazing! Service and located is really good too!

The location is superb, right next to the Ben Thanh market. The room is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and prepared is a simple breakfast on the last day when we had to leave the hotel for the airport at 1:45 a.m.

Friendly staff. Great location. Good breakfast with a view. Rooms are on the smaller side, and was lacking cabinet space to store clothes or other personal items. Wifi was great for the first few days, then became very unreliable the last few days of stay. The air conditioning broke on the final night there. They didn't have any fans for use, and it was very hot and humid that day. Their only solution was to open the window, but that meant bugs and mosquitoes would come into the room.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. Pleasant air conditioned rooms and everything worked. Views not great from some rooms and quite noisy on the lower floors but they did put me on a higher floor when they were able. Location central to the city sights. Generally I would say you can spend a lot more and stay at a Sheraton etc but this small hotel offers excellent value for money and ticks most boxes. Fine for the discerning traveller.

Was promised welcome drink and fruit plate. Only got fruit plate. Property is advertised as having restaurant and rooftop cafe. Only rooftop cafe is open and only for breakfast. No room service despite advertising on website and in in room compendium. Staff friendly, room clean, bed very nice - but not what was promised re hotel amenities

Our stay is two nights in November 2018. Four stars hotel ??? It should be joke. Maybe 20 years ago, now it is two star maximum. Hotel needs urgent total refurbishment. Unpleasant stay, avoid.
