The best part was the location near where we wanted to be and near the marketplace and a short walk from the bui vien street night action which was a lot of fun. Staff were friendly and helpful and I would like to give a shout out to Kenny, the concierge. The building itself is dated but overall comfortable. We were on the 7th floor, and high enough from the traffic noise. The bed was comfortable and I had a had a good sleep until the chairs were being moved around in the restaurant on the 8th floor at about 7 am. The room was on the small side and TV was about 30 inches and there was not much for English channels, but okay. The tub in the bathroom was high and one needs a step to get out safely, which was supplied. Old towels and not very comfortable but this has been a familiar theme in vietnam I've found. The free breakfast on the outdoor veranda was much better than expected including eggs, bacon, sausage, and toast with a side serving of fruit. Overall the value was good and I give this place a 3.5 rating out of 5.
