Hotel property was in a great location close to the Hiroshima historical sites. Shopping and dining options outside of the hotel were plentiful. Breakfast buffet was good. Easy check out. Rooms were clean but some rooms were small and just very mediocre in decor. Reasonably priced though.

Great hotel. Rooms are small and long line for breakfast, my only complaint leading to a rating of 4. Amazing breakfast though, worth the wait.

Crowne Plaza was amazing here in Hiroshima, very ideal spot surrounded by a billion or so convenience stores and actual restaurants. Even some areas for souvenirs were easy to get to. Staff was amazing and very accommodating and their English was really good! I will say if you want to eat inside the hotel you’re pretty much gonna have to reserve the day prior as showing up without a reservation will likely result in you getting turned away. Highly recommend if you’re an IHG member too!

I loved the wonderful breakfast buffet. A chef will make a steak for you! The hotel is in a great location that was close to everything we wanted to see and do in Hiroshima. 🌻

Great stay in Hiroshima
Great location easy commute from bullet train station. Walking distance to peace park and museum. Room size is good for Japan. Super breakfast. Very reasonably priced!

this was a great hotel for my 3 days in hiroshima. its close to the streetcars and peace park. everything is walkable. the staff was delightful and accomodating. the japanese breakfast, although expensive at 3,000¥, its worth it. the rooms were cleans, its was definetly an older room and could use a paint touch up but this shouldnt deter you from staying here. 10/10 recommend for budget friendly vacation.

Good value, close to Peace Memorial Park
Convenient to a tram stop about 2 blocks away. Very close to Peace Memorial Park & A-Dome. Rooms are fairly small, but clean. Nice 24 hour fitness center. Relatively inexpensive. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Central to shopping, food market and quiet. I saw a tour group leaving on the day I checked in which means it’s convenient location and accessible. You can walk to Peace Park or go to the opposite side shopping street.

Fab stay
Excellent all round Anytime fitness 24 hour entrance, an amazing gym Rooms, yes not massive, but I’m a 225lb 6 foot 3 lump, and included a very comfy double bed, bath and everything tastefully decorated including a fridge AND FREEZER!?!? Yes! A freezer! For the price paid at 80 dollars a night, this was 4 star quality. Really impressed, well done Ana Crowne Hiroshima

The staff members were helpful and supportive as we worked through our communication challenges with the languages. Our rooms were comfortable and the location was near transportation stops and restaurants we wanted to visit.

Great location for a quick overnight stay to visit the peace museum and park. Lovely safe area Easy walk to peace park 5-7 mins Good bar food menu for a light meal - good variety Lovely public areas

Noisey, could hear phone calls in the next door room and drawers and wardrobe doors shutting. Also a lot of thumping on the floor from the room above. Room was a good size, had reasonable amenities and hotel is in a great location but the noise was unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

Nice hotel with small rooms and bathrooms. Somewhat dated but the location is great and the 24 hour anytime gym is excellent. If you like your holiday exercise this is the place for you.

The location is excellent. Close to the Peace Memorial Park and to the ferry to go the Miyajima island. Close to restaurants too. The hotel staff at the bar and restaurant were nice. The room I felt needs some updating.

Disappointed
Unfortunately had to book a smoking room due to availability. We don’t smoke but couldn’t avoid the odor. Kept a window open to the whole time to keep it tolerable. Room was extremely small and not very clean. On the plus side the buffet was very good and the location excellent for seeing the Peace Museum in Hiroshima. No shuttle service either. Glad to be there only one night. Will seek out other accommodation next time we go there.

Old and smelly
Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in around 3.40pm. When we asked if there was another room the receptionist found one but it was terrible. I wished we waited, perhaps the first room was better. The room we were given was smelly and felt old and dirty. Very disappointed given it was our honeymoon which I mentioned to the receptionist. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for the price. The only thing decent about it was the location.

I would recommend staying somewhere else like the RIHGA Royal. This hotel is worth $70/night at most relative to other hotels in Hiroshima imo. Some of the higher floor rooms have been renovated but the rest are not and are small. First non smoking room allocated was very smoky. Saw other guests with similar issues. There is no pool or spa but they're still listed prominently on Google maps, they think the listing is not their responsibility. Recommend avoiding.

Great location and a 10 min walk to the Peace Memorial Museum. Just around the corner from the hotel, there is a long strip of wonderful restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s is also a 10 min taxi ride from Hiroshima Station. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was good. It has the typical amenities. The room was clean. The hotel is about 6 minutes walk to a street car station. It is convenient.
