Beautiful place, but under construction. Our first room was leaking, I heard dripping throughout the night, but were so tired from driving. When we woke up, we saw there were several leaks in our room. Over the coffee area, over the vanity area, and over the A/C unit. We called the front desk and nobody came, so I grabbed housekeeping, and she got a gentleman there to see all the leaks. They did offer to move us to a different room, which we did, of course. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience or getting our stuff wet. Tara at the front desk was very friendly every time we encountered her throughout our stay. 4/10/24 - 4/14/24 Jill & Tedd Morrison

BEWARE IF THIS HOTEL…!!! EXPEDIA DID NOT MENTION THIS HOTEL IS UNDER RENOVATIONS ! Here is what was terrible: Construction: this hotel is going through construction. The lobby is non existent with water, leaks and drywall everywhere. Super unsafe and creepy looking Parking is a problem. The hotel does not have enough parking spaces so if you get back to your hotel pass 8 you will not find a parking space you will have to park in the front desk area that is exactly and be ready to walk 1/4 of a mile in the dark where there are alligators in the surrounding. The cleaning service is poor. They did not clean our room on our last night so we had to come back to a dirty room. Wet and dirty towels and blankets. Also we asked for an extra blanket and they never brought it. If this is okay in your books then you will be okay but I personally will never return to this hotel. And Expedia failed in letting me know that this hotel was going through construction!!!

We stayed on the first floor. One of our beds was broken and when I unknowingly sat on the edge I fell. I reported this twice. Although the hotel is under construction I was most bothered by how I felt dirty my entire stay. The room had a terrible dampness that made the trip terrible. The console between the beds was even tilted down. I’m really shocked they would even bother to utilize that room. 107
