“Very Nice”

I found this hotel on an Expedia last minute getaway and had never been to Hilton Head Island before. I was very pleased with the price and quality of the hotel.

“Reasonable Price and Comfortable”

My experience at Quality Inn & Suites at Hilton Head Island was very satisfactory. The hotel was close to many places of interest and my stay was comfortable. I'll be glad to go back again.

“Peaceful Oasis on busy island”

The hotel is a decent place in a quiet safe area. It is a good deal for the money. The only complaint I would have is with the Applebees on site which is not part of the hotel although it is a building that in the past probably was the hotels own restaurant. It was the poorest managed Applebees we have ever seen. The bartender constantly ignored customers which running take out orders outside for their curbside pickup. They also do not honor the corporate national late night happy hour with discounted appetizers and drinks. They are a franchise and don't have to honor it. The hotel manager was very professional and dealt well with a issue we had. I would definitely come back.

“Wonderful stay and great location!”

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we are very pleased! The location of the hotel was very convenient. Wal-Mart and Publix were right across the street, you have a Burger King and Applebees right beside the hotel. Barnes Noble right down the street! The room was very nice. We did an early check in with no problem. The only problem we had was that when we requested a wake up call for the following morning, they didn't call. We woke up two hours late, but still had enough time to get out before check out. We weren't that upset about it. Overall, the stay at this hotel was very pleasant.

“Hilton Head's True Bargain”

I went to HHI for a wedding. Special rates for wedding guests had been negotiated with several hotels and resorts. This hotel offered the best rate. And when I looked (and booked) on Expedia, I got an even better rate! The motel was clean and in excellent repair throughout; staff were friendly. My king bed was comfortable, as were the love seat and armchair in the sitting area. Complimentary personal-care products were top-drawer, including French-milled soap. I love having in-room coffee as well as the continental breakfast. The microwave, mini-fridge and iron/board were valuable conveniences. I didn't use the in-room safe. The shower head was an adjustable massage type; water pressure was excellent, and the water was very soft. HHI is a high-dollar resort area, but I enjoyed luxury accommodations at very reasonable rates.

“Very Impressed”

Excellent choice for the money. Location was convenient to resaurants and highways. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend it.

“Most Accomodating”

When we arrived, we were met with friendly smiles and really felt welcome. The room was fresh and smelled like fresh air. We didn't go back out until morning because of the rain, but my daughter enjoyed a Cocktail at Applebee's and found the service there excellent. She commented on how fresh her toom smelled and looked. We would stay at this hotel again when we have more time to enjoy the Island.

“Great place to stay!”

This hotel was great. The rooms are very large and very clean. The staff was wonderful - very friendly and helpful. There is a fridge and microwave in each room. The beds are very comfy. There is an Applebees on the premises, Wal Mart and McDonalds are across the street (cross 4 lanes of traffic, but there is a traffic light), Burger King across the street (you don't have to cross 4 lanes of traffic). Main Street runs behind the hotel and you can drive up that street to still more restaurants, without getting into the "main stream traffic". There is a light at the hotel, making entry and exit very easy. You are a few miles from the beach, but the hotel is very quiet and very well priced. Well worth the drive to the beach for the peace and quiet. Very nice amenities here for a lot less money than you will pay elsewhere.

“Good Value for the money.”

This hotel was great for us and our children. It was about 5 minutes from almost everything on the island. Staff was very helpfull. Was aloud to check in 3 hours early. Great location right off of 278 or W.H. Parkway, several fast food resturants within walking distance.

“Great Place To Stay”

It was a great value and all the employees were extremely courteous and helpful. We needed a screw driver to put batteries in a toy for my son and the front desk actually had a maintenace guy bring one up to us. When he arrived he was very friendly and was not at all put out by having to bring it up. Great job guys will definately stay with you again.
