Property Amenities
Amenities at Hilton Head Value Villas include an outdoor pool, and, at some properties, a children's pool. Golf, tennis, water sports, biking, tours and children's activities are available nearby. Within walking distance or a short drive away is the beach and several restaurants and shops.

All villas feature cable TV, DVD player, separate living/sleeping area, laundry facilities, air conditioning, balcony and fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave and all cooking and eating utensils.
Dining
There are many restaurants located a short distance from Hilton Head Ocean Villas. Choices include local seafood, American, Oriental, French, Italian, sandwich shops, barbeque, fast food and many others. Staff personal favorites are Skillets and Plantation Deli for breakfast; Earl of Sandwich, NY City Pizza, Smokehouse, Frosty Frog and Salty Dog for lunch; Marley's, Truffles, Old Oyster Factory, Boathouse, Alligator Grill and Sage Room for dinner. There are too many choices to list - please experience them yourselves and find your favorites.
Entertainment
There are many things to do on Hilton Head Island with several options for the whole family. Children's activities include an interactive museum, nature tour, pirate cruise, miniature golf and an indoor playground. Adult activities include a comedy club, piano bar, wine tasting, jazz club, romantic dinners and sport bars. Activities for the whole family include horseback riding, water sports, dolphin cruise, fishing excursion, shopping, bike riding, art galleries and theater.

“Will definitely stay with them again”
We had a wonderful time, and even ended up with an upgrade because someone else canceled before we checked in. The service at check-in was fantastic, and we loved our villa. Overall, it was a great experience.
“Great Place”
Was not sure what to expect when we arrived late in the evening but we had no problem getting our key. Was very delighted with the accomadations which was roomy and met our needs. There was even a mixer to make a birthday cake for a family member. Hope we can go back soon.

the condo we stayed in was right in front of the beach. It was quiet and very family oriented. Everyone was very polite and helpful. We had a very confortable and relaxing time with the kids. We will come back next year.

actually was a villa, condominium type with utilities included but no room service unless you call. Overall was great, we had each own bath, large ,comfortable living-room, yet the only problem we had, was NO cell-carrier connection at all.

Old and dirty rooms. No air-conditioning. Moldy and musty bathroom. No Wi-Fi. Please don't waste your time and money. When I book the villa, it has indicated that the area has Wi-Fi. I intentionally paid a little more for this villa over another locations because I want internet access; so we could search for activities and local restaurants while on the trip. When I check in, they told me there are no internet access specifically for the villa I am checking into. However, I could tap into unsecured connections around the area. I agreed and went to check it out. The villa was dirty and very old. There were empty water bottles and trash on the floor when I first walk in. The bathroom was rusty and moldy. Of course there were no internet access here. After talking it over with my family, we decided to call and ask for another location. They switch us to another villa and they said there will be internet access here. We went to the new villa. This villa was a bit better maintained. However, the moment we walk in, the house felt like an oven. The thermostat read 93 degrees. We called the office and waited 30 minutes in the car. They came and told us they can't fix it until tomorrow. After 4 hours of unpacking/packing, moving, waiting...I gave up! I asked them for the keys to the original old and dirty villa. My family can't sleep in a house at 93 degrees. I will never come back. I will advice my friends to stay away from this location. Please spend your money elsewhere.
