“a pleasant retreat”

a pleasant place to stay, with friendly staff. quiet and relaxing. always get the type of room I request. I have stayed there frequently over the years and always enjoy the stay. accommodating people should I need anything. Breakfast always fresh and plentiful. Room always clean and comfortable.

“Not bad”

We came to visit Hillsdale college and had a nice stay. Our room was clean and in good condition but somewhat outdated. It was very cold in the room when we arrived so we turned on the heater. During the night it got very hot. A better thermostat would have been nice. Continental breakfast was about typical -- muffins, donuts, cereal, juice and coffee. We will stay here again next time we are in town.

Not many choices in Hillsdale but this hotel is adequate. The service was exceptiona and the room was clean.

“Hillsdale Wedding”

Overall was good. Friendly staff, comfortable bed. Wanted ajoining rooms sinc my daughter, son-in-law and 4 year old grandchild were staying there also, wanted to be able to watch child at night if they were gone and the hote has no King rooms that adjoin with queen roomsthat have 2 beds.

“Not fancy but good value.”

The hotel is older , showed it's age a bit but was adequately maintained. The room was clean though it had no doubt been a smoking room in a previous life. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Overall, it was a good value.

“So So”

About the only colors on the television were red and purple (my husband wasn't happy about that), and I could not access the internet with my laptop because there wasn't enough service. The front desk said they were aware of it and that they would need to contact the provider. We were going to drink coffee downstairs the morning of checkout but there was a couple not happy with each other and showed it, and we chose to just check out and have coffee elsewhere. We would stay there again if the occasion arose, though.

“ok place to stay”

hotel was clean, the staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast was good. There was noise in the hallway at times. It was difficult to open the door outside with the key. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.
