“Very disappointing”

A cramped and uncomfortable room where very little worked as intended. Plumbing that didn't work. Unfriendly staff who couldn't deal with my requests. Breakfast served too late for business travellers - we were rudely ejected from the restaurant 3 minutes before the advertised 7:00am starting time. Overall an absolute waste of money.
