The staff tried to deal with a difficult situation the best they could and were all polite and friendly. Unfortunately, there was renovation work going on that we weren't aware of beforehand. We were first told our original room wasn't available and were given two rooms as we wanted 2 beds. After going to these rooms, we were told there was actually a suitable room which turned out to be the room we'd originally booked but it was beside a room being renovated so at 9am the drilling started. After being out a couple of times, my elderly mother needed a rest in the afternoon which wasn’t possible with the noise. I talked to management who said the work would continue until 6ish. They finally offered my mother the use of a quiet room to rest for a few hours and i went out again. We didn’t want to pack up again and move to a room with an added fold-down bed, as we were leaving the following morning and were told there would be no work the next day. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case and work started at 8am!

Comfortable convenient and good price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pillows were rock hard. Asked for a softer one and it was delivered to our room within the hour. Highly recommend the staff.

Room was surface clean to be fair but in poor condition, drab, chipped furniture, reception staff on arrival equally lacklustre unfortunately but then again not much to work with. Looks like a much needed refurbishment is underway but I wouldn’t recommend staying here for a while or until it’s possible to confirm the work is complete.

Pretty good suburban motel
Generally very good with some small but important issues - shower water huge variation in temperature, the room phone was not connected to wall so you could not contact reception and free bottle of wine or arrival moved to on departure

I would stay here again!
The room was extremely comfortable and the double glazing meant that despite the room facing the Nepean Highway there was no noise.

Lovely 3BR Apartment
Had a very comfortable stay at their 3 bedroom apartment. Very spacious and homey. Whole house/villa to ourselves with its own parking space. Cleanliness has room for improvement (dusty floors) but daily housekeeping provided so it was ok. Comfy beds, lovely showers. Check in and out was a breeze too using Hotels.com. Highly recommend.

We loved the space of the apartment we were given. The staff were very positive and nice to talk with. We would definitely stay here again if we needed to stay near this area in Melbourne again.

Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and tidy. We had our breakfast there for a very good price considering it was a buffet I want to highlight the proactive customer service of the staff who was attending today 26/09 at the buffet area in the restaurant

Executive spa room was not what was advertised tv did not work properly stopped working all night and was the same in the morning. Checked in at 2.15 and room was still getting cleaned. Unimpressed

Staff were lovely, and room was clean. But everything is outdated. Bed was small and in wrong position. At least it needed to be against the centre of the wall. Not directly under the heating . Lacking general supplies too.

Great place to stay. Very close to nice restaurants and shopping centre. Has a lical French restaurant I will try next time. Shame no microwave in room. All together, a pkace I would recommend.
