We only stayed 1 night, but it was easy to find, near a great many different dining options, clean and quite. Perfect for what we needed after a 14 hour drive.

This was my absolute worse experience in my entire life. The room that I was given looked like a murder or something horrible had happened. It looked like something from a crime show. I took pictures and called the front desk and asked for at least a decent, clean room. The room I was given was a little cleaner. The microwave wasn’t melted and the chair wasn’t sliced up with the drawing of a person on it. I slept there only because it was midnight, and I had been traveling all day. I only slept. I left immediately when I awoke! I would not allow my dog to live in the filth of this hotel.

Needs to be updated. No Vanity in bathroom. No place to put toiletries. . Tub finish is worn. No safe. No cabinet for refrigerator. Old carpet. Old wrinkled bed skirt. Should not rent room until pleasantly remodeled. Garbage on ground next to dirty pool.

My stay here from 2/6/2024 - 2/11/2024 was good overall. The room was spacious and clean. There were some minor aesthetic concerns (e.g., trim on headboard of bed needed repair and the stopper in the tub was not connected). But aside from that, it was peaceful and a pleasant stay.

Easy for passing through travel
Staff were excellent, easy check in. The biggest issue I had is the incense the owner burns. It’s very strong and very hard on people with allergies and sinus issues. I had a headache for a good hour, even after leaving the hotel.

The continental breakfast had a waffle station only no juice, no water zero of a breakfast, I have never seen a worse or pathetic breakfast they should not advertise continental breakfast, walls were paper thin I could hear the other room snoring

Got to Hiclory late and checked into room to find it smelling like smoke , burn hole on bed cover and a hugh stain in the carpet. Just digusting. Requested another room and it was less stinky. I guess you get what you pay for.

very disappointed
I booked a non-smoking room on-line which said was available and after 5 hours of travel I was very disappointed to learn that the room I booked was not available, only a smoking room! unacceptable for a guest that has COPD. Furthermore my credit card was charged for a stay that didn't happen. Needless to say I will not make that mistake again! And I was never informed of the changes that were made!

When we entered our room it was not the room we reserved, we reserved king and had two fulls. Went back to front desk and told us that is all they had left. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the electric outlet in the bathroom didnt work, gfi outlet kept tripping. Therefore supplied hair dryer was not usable as it was affixed to the bathroom wall. Water pressure was horrible, couldn't rinse shampoo and conditioner from hair. Bed was comfortable enough. Smoking odor in hallways and elevator

The white gentleman was very nice and professional. But the ironing board was raggedy and needs to go and the trash. You could hear people in there rooms. I loved that they had ESPN channels.

the refrigerator didn't work, many of the lights were not working .....breakfast area was a real disaster. blueberry muffins, stale sausage biscuits, and granola bars. Coffee was terrible.....more effort should be put into opening he upstairs facility. looks like it was a great asset at one time....trash cans in rooms were never emptied. had to go to the desk to get clean towels and soap...overall for the price I guess it was okay
