The ac / heater unit sounded like a jet plane everytime it tuned on for about 5 min and vibrated the whole room. There was a cleaner smell that was very strong the hall carpeting was dirty. The mirror/light in the bathroom periodically shut off on its own. The breakfast eggs were dry like powdered eggs from the military. The waffles were great but the coffee was awful. Bring ear plugs if you visit so you can sleep.

The room was very clean. It was very quiet. Quite different from our experience elsewhere the night before. Only thing I was disappointed about was that we arrived 30 minutes before the check in time and were told to come back at 3pm without them even looking to see if our room was ready.

The front desk guy gave us (with a two-year-old) the furthest room from the door. We had to carry everything and walk 10 minutes to get there.

Could have been great
The girl at the front desk was super friendly and had a great personality. The breakfast girl was incredibly rude and nasty towards the patrons and was 20 minutes late opening the breakfast bar on Saturday but somehow was inconvenienced but the people paying to stay. She was no better on Sunday. The neighborhood cat that comes in needs to go. I’m very allergic to cats and it had obviously sprayed somewhere in the lobby.

We have stayed there before, the hotel is a vastly improved. Staff was nice and attractive. Not much in the area, but very safe. The breakfast was horrible. Tasted like low quality prepackaged food.

The room was nice and bed comfortable but the bathtub had black colored mold around the tile and under a matt in the bathtub. I asked for another room the night i came on and was told they were full and all the bathrooms look like that. I agreed to having housekeeping next morning to clean tub but it never occurred.
