very pleasent stay

“Clean and quiet, easy access; pleasant staff.”

A pleasant 5 night experience. No hotels were available in New Castle and I was referred to this facility. Very clean and quiet, easy access from Interstate. Plenty of parking. Only problem is smoking in non-smoking rooms...not good at all.

Have actually stayed at this hotel several years ago and it's still looks like new in the rooms! New carpets, spotless bedding and bathroom! Fair breakfast,but no complaints. Would recommend and definately stay again! Use to staying in 4-5 star rated hotesl, but this was fine for our needs for 3 nights!!!

“Hallway smelled like smoke”

Room nice and clean, good beds. New carpet smell in the rooms was a little overwhelming, better than the hallway which smelled like an ashtray. Roomservice asked me 3 times when I was checking out, 2 hours prior to normal checkout, quite annoying, then knocked on the door again. Location worked for us, breakfast was better than expected, met the basic needs.

Great hotel, but you could still smell cigarette smoke in the no smoking rooms.

Hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was typical continental style. They have REAL coffee cups in the rooms! Rooms are a little small but adequate. Hotel staff are friendly and anxious to please.

The hotel was clean and suited our needs. The breakfast adequate even though is was somewhat limited. There was limited breakfast seating. Check in was quick and so was checkout. We didn't have any issues that needed to be resolved.

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

“Newly refurbished rooms”

The motel had just been refurbished. Our room was immaculate with new paint and new bathroom vanity and bedroom furniture and carpet. The workmanship was quite good. The king size bed was comfortable. The only worn part of the room and bath were the bathroom linens. The towels and washcloths were thin and frayed. The continental breakfast was OK. There were fresh oranges and apples--always a plus.
