“Excellent value”

Room is fairly small but very clean. Staff was superb, going extra mile to make you happy. Hard working people! Hotel is small and basic. Breakfast was great, plently of food being brought out as needed. 24hr coffe, tea, hot choc and capuccino. Parking well lit. I don't care about newer TV. Twin queen was excellent and matress one of the better ones we slept on. Bath is basic but superbly clean. Our family of four couldn;t find anything bad to say about it. Grove City Outlet is within 3mins and this place is huge bargain. Looking forward to recommend to more Canadian folks...

The hotel was within close proximity to the Grove City Outlet Malls, yet was quiet and relaxing. The rooms were very clean.........the MOST comfortable beds and pillows I've ever slept on (besides the $heraton). We actually bought 2 pillows to bring home with us!! The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Made it a very positive experience. Free breaksfast was good, and 24 hr. coffee is available. Will stay there when we go back again, for sure!! Very reasonable rates.

“Annual shopping trip”

When we arrived the front desk was very busy,about 3 or 4 couples checking in , they had no reservations. The woman working the desk was very efficient and we were checked in in a short time. My daughter and I go on an annual school shopping trip to Grove City and we have stayed here twice and will stay again.

“Great Value, Clean and Simple!”

It was our first trip to the Grove City Premium Outets with the kids and we wanted something in-expensive, clean and close. This hotel service all those needs. The hotel was like 3 minutes from the outlet mall...It was just pass the Holiday Inn Express and Super 8, which were more expensive. We choose this hotel for the 2 queen beds and the reviews.The rooms were extremely clean, the washroom was simply yet clean and although others say the rooms are slightly small, it served the purpose of sleeping. If you want a larger room they also offer suites that are slightly more spacious.The breakfast was simple, but yet it was enough food for us; serving bagels, croissants, english muffins, cereal packs, oatmeal, milk, coffee, tea, oj and fresh fruits. The wifi was good and stable too. The staff worked hard here and were friendly and accomodating...We will definetely stay here again on our next shopping avdventure.

My husband and I stayed for 1 night and we were really happy with the room,We will be travelling in the same direction in October and again next year and plan on staying again the continental breakfast was great did not need to ask for anything. The price was beyond belief.

We stayed at the Microtel for it's convenience to the Outlets and the restaurants we enjoy. We also have a little dog and it is very suitable for walking him. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the variety of the breakfast and the pleasant surroundings. Overall we would recommend this Microtel.

Only thing with the room was I found hair(s) in the bed and bathtub. That just grosses me out.!! ICK ! But overall very happy with this hotel, it was clean, staff was always available and friendly,and always seemed to be cleaning. Spaciaous room.Great breakfast. Would have been an added bonus if hotel had a pool!!!! Didnt like the fact I had to pay for the room at check in...would rather pay during check out....makes its seem like customer is not trustworthy, but thats a small thing. Much better deal, especially price wise than the Comfort Inn down the road that we stayed at last year (they have a pool) . We shop in PA every year for back to school, I will be staying in the Microtel for sure next year and would recommend to my friends and family. .. Keep up the good work!!!!
