Welcoming, helpful, friendly service; comfortable room, and even though the air-conditioning wasn't working, it wasn't too hot; nice bathroom with bath; very good breakfast with cheerful, friendly staff. Excellent location, quiet, safe, and near the tram.

“fontionnel, propre et accueillant”

Hôtel assez proche du centre mais mal indiqué quand on arrive par la Comédie et Antigone. Il faut retenir que c'est juste en face le Lycée Jean MERMOZ. Accueil en effet prévenant et personnel attentif (pour le petit déjeuner par exemple) Chambre et salle d'eau très propres et fonctionnelles, la chambre est un peu petite peut-être mais pas vraiment génant pour une personne seule. Un regret: je n'ai pu profiter de l'écran plat pourtant changé récemment (problème de réglage sans doute) ; à ce titre j'aurais souhaité qu'om me propose une petite compensation, à titre commercial sur la prestation "petit déjeuner" par exemple. Le petit plus : dépôt de bagages possible le jour de votre départ. Je le conseillerai sans difficulté.

“would stay at the Kyriad again!”

The room we stayed in has just been refurbished (it was on the 2nd floor) and was very nice & clean. Very comfortable bed and duvet. The breakfast buffet was very handy as everywhere was closed on Sunday, good choice of pastries, bread, ham, cheese, jam etc and fresh orange juice. Hotel is only 5 minute walk from the Polygone and 10 mins from Place de la Comedie, conventient for restaurants & cafes.

“kyriad 2 etoiles seulement ?”

nous avons été agreablement étonnés des prestations fournies par cet hotel 2 etoiles, le service de chambre et les attentions vis à vis de la clientèle. la chambre est insonorisée, confortable, jolie, propre.Accueil agréable (petits bonbons sur l'oreiller, plateau collation.)petit dejeuner royal.clé mise à disposition. On se sentirait presque comme chez soi. On est en tous cas tres independant.Merci

Le service de l'hôtel était très agreable. Le personnel avait envie d'aider mais n'était pas toujours capable à faire ça. Sinon les chambres sont propres, l'endroit raisonnable...

Trés silencieux par frapport à l'extérieur. Petit déjeuner trés correct. Pourquoi n'y-a-t-il pas de restaurant comme dans d'autres hôtels de la même chaîne?
