Just no, the room and the pictures are not the same. It was dirty, hair and what we think was a spot of blood on the sheets. Wish I had read the reviews before booking, I lasted 30 mins in that room before booking another hotel and running off.

Take cleaning products, avoid studio no 24
Having been invited in to see the studio next door which had less mould and smelled less, avoid being given ground floor studio no 24 if you can. The very small ants running around the clean floor are really annoying to find climbing up and running around on your lovely clean bed. Wiping the floor tiles by the bed with boiling water every night and leaving the wet cloth there deterred them enough to be able to sleep with less anxiety after that. Other No No's: The kitchen and bathroom smell of damp. There is mould on the kitchen fittings, bathroom drain clogged and slow to drain, drain covers left off and a bit smelly. The kitchen pedal bin pedal and sides sticky and grotty. The walls are thin so if your neighbours are sitting out smoking and talking fairly quietly, you will still hear them, and the smoke will get into your room. You will certainly hear all loud children and drunk tourists getting home at 3am. Shabby furniture and appliances, hand held shower and hard single beds not a problem as I was using it as a base for exploring the island, but nobody wants ants in their bed. Positives: The room was cool even when 30 deg C outside, so no need to pay the extra for air conditioning. The complex is a downhill five min walk from the beach strip, restaurants and bars. There are bus stops outside - ridiculously easy to get around the island on air conditioned buses. Take cleaning products + sponge + slippers or stay elsewhere if you can afford it.

Basic average accommodation
Very limited WiFi service. Short walk to local supermarket and beach. Don’t travel before mid April as nothing is open and I mean nothing. Not even an ATM machine. Swimming pool was green/unclean on arrival then filled by day 3 of my 7 day stay. Looked like an unfinished building site throughout my stay. Cockroach in my room. No TVs. No outside food allowed around the pool area or outside dining areas. Hot water on and off. Shower broken. Very basic stay.

great little apartments, very friendly, run by a lovely young family who live on the premises and work very hard to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. great location 5 minute walk to the town and beach. lovely baker just next door and a fair sized supermarket just across the road. bus stop just outside the entrance. would highly recommend and I will be back.

Came to Stalis for a short holiday, a friend recommend me to stay at this apartment as they previously had stayed there and they loved it. When I first arrived I had a really warm and friendly welcome. I was shown to my apartment which was a studio, the place was clean and tidy, the staff and the people who stayed there was really nice. Loved the pool it was big and spaceious. It was a 5 minute walk from where I stayed to the town centre. With lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach.. I really enjoyed my time in Stalis and I would stay at this place again, I would definitely recommend it if you're travelling as a family with children, on your own or in small groups.

Nice, friendly and clean
The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff (owner) very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to a bus stop, so very easy to get to neighbor towns. The beach is not far away, either you cross the road at the bus stop, or you turn right at the exit of the hotel, then there is a tunnel under the road about 100 meters away. We enjoyed a week there, nice pool area, and nice sunbeds.

Nice location, bad place to stay.
The location was very beautiful, but the place we stayed could be a lot much better. From the outside the whole building and the pools were looking great. Our room was renovated, except for the bathroom which was very very old. In our first try to take a shower, we found out that the water was very cold and when we complained about it the stuff told us that there was nothing they could do about it. Fortunately, a few days later the temperature of the water was much better. Another thing that was a bit annoying, were the beds. They were making a very bad noise with every movement. Also the window was damaged. Internet and air conditioning are not included in the price.

Hyvin ystävällinen henkilökunta, tarjoilu hyvänmakuista kun pariin otteeseen syötiin hotellissa. Ei siivota joka päivä ja kannattaa varata omat saippuat mukaan. Puhtaanoloista mutta kylpyhuoneen suunnittelu oli hieman haastava, ei ainakaan liikuntarajoitteisille kun pitää sujauttaa itsensä pesualtaan ohitse pöntölle ;-). Ilmastointi lisämaksusta- maksoimme 45 euro ilmastoinnista su-la. Hyvä konditoria hotellin vieressä ja hyvin varustettu supermarket kadun toisella puolella, n. 10 metrin päästä. Ranta n. 500 metrin päässä.

Экономичный, но не для привередливых.
Жила 9 ночей ни разу не было уборки в номере, смены полотенец,пополнение туалетной бумаги. Только раз в несколько дней заправляли постель и выбрасывали мусор. На первом этаже в номерах пахнет сыростью, в туалете тараканы. Душ с дыркой в полу без какой- либо занавески. Wi-Fi и кондиционер платные. Улетала вечером, разрешили оставить на ресепшене багаж. Отель не очень приятен для долгово проживания, но в случае отсутствия свободных денег, жить можно.

Hotel is not located, not good room, we get one room in the ground floor, no balkon, the stoles is very old, shower is bad and old, we didnt sleep one night there, my wife and the children did not like this hotel, so we move to other one.

Hotel is old and it is not five star, but it can not be for family, my wife and the child did not like it, we get room in the end of the hotel, no balkon or can not see anythings, very old fearnture, old kitchen toy and dirty stole, we didnt sleep in this hetel, so we find another hotel. Internet with money, and aircondition with money.

La peggiore delle mie esperienze.
Non c'è nulla di buono in questo tugurio, mi limiterò ad elencare le cose più gravi. I bagni sono indecenti vecchi tutti ossidati e la doccia ha il supporto rotto e l'orribile tendina è tutta rotta. Nell'area bar/piscina persiste un cattivo odore molto fastidioso specie la mattina a colazione . A colazione viene fornita margarina in confezione famiglia (che il giorno prima hanno servito ad altri clienti , che poi dopo ore diparmanenza sul tavolo siscioglie e viene rimessa in frigor per il giorno dopo . Il materasso ha molle rumorusissime. Mi chiedo come possiate vendere certi "hotel"

I will never stay there again
No soap provided. Air-condition only with extra charge. No TV in the room. Very old swimming pool. The mop in the WC was at least 5 years old. The mattress was awful. The owners are polite but the whole picture of the so-called "hotel" is awful.

Ich war zwei Wochen in der Vorsaison in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gibt Tipps für Ausflüge und sonstige Möglichkeiten. Da die Saison erst begann war noch sehr wenig los und es war deshalb sehr leise. Auf Wunsch wurden aber typisch griechische Speisen serviert. Die Betten waren sehr gut und die Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden regelmässig gewechselt. Das Studio war sehr geräumig und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Ich war sehr viel mit dem Mietauto unterwegs der Ausgangspunkt ist ideal. Aber auch die Strandabschnitte und die Strandmeile wo viel geboten wird ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Vom Flughafen sind es ca. 30 Minuten. In der Nachbarschaft ist ein Bäcker und in 3 Minuten ein Supermarkt wo man die täglichen Dinge bekommt. Ein Kühlschrank und die Klimaanlage leisten gute Dienste. Abschließend sollte man bedenken dass in Griechenland alles ein wenig anders ist. Die Leute haben viel Zeit und es ist nicht alles so perfekt wie wir es in Mitteleuropa gewohnt sind. Aber dies ist dort normal.

pas loin du bord de mer et des magasins sans plus
mauvais rapport qualite-prix = piscine non disponible, clim.en supplement, trop sombre et mal eclaire, menage 2 fois en 6 nuits, serviettes et draps idem ; pratiquement pas de vaisselle ; de +, on a du acheter eponge et produit vaisselle, et mendier un torchon pour la vaisselle ; on a trouve pour le meme prix 5 fois mieux a platanias / chania, les pieds dans l eau

Hotel consigliato ed ideale per tutte le età
Siamo stati 11 giorni in vacanza a Stalida a Creta in questi appartamenti ad agosto 2012 e siamo soddisfatti. Gli apts sono situati tra i due centri dell'isola: Malia ed Hersonissos. È tranquillo ed è ideale per tutte le età se gli anziani riescono ad adattarsi un po' per la sera con i ragazzi! Noi abbiamo preso i monolocali, ma sono molto carini anche i piccoli appartamenti. Maria ed il marito ( i due proprietari) sono gentili e molto disponibili. Le stanze vengono pulite e c'è la possibilità di mangiare in loco con un extra. Consigliato!
