Hôtel accueillant situé à une vingtaine de kilomètre au nord de Denver (rapide par autoroute) Spa et piscine couverte appréciable en fin d'après-midi. Pas de restauration à proximité.

I honestly want someone to contact me. We found a bag of crack or some kind of drug in our room after being on there for 3 nights. Cleaning staff was in daily and maintenance was one day for our loud heater. Dumped the drugs. Took pictures. While staying there we were also called every morning at 3 am. So know we are thinking the people before us are watching us. Very scary. Crack pipe outside motel for 3 days. I have pictures also. Like this is serious. A child could have been in there next. Fentanyl can kill anyone who even touches the bag. The manager Mike was called because I didn’t want to leave without him knowing. He could have cared less. I did not sleep. And had to drive 14 hours home. I asked for a refund. He didn’t find it to be a reason to give me a refund. First. I paid a hotel so I could sleep. Heater was so loud. I even tipped the maintenance man but it was not fixed. Calls at 3 am. Drugs in room. They did not care. It’s too bad because honestly it was an alright motel. But my safety and others should be highest priority. Like would they have called the cops on me upon cleaning the room or would the next person find it. Who knows. I want to be contacted.

We strive to provide services that guests find timely and helpful.Once I came to La Quinta Inn Henderson, I found you already checked out.I asked front desk clerk, Ms. Amy, whether you called the officer and where is the bag and anything inside the bag you found in the room.Ms. Amy told me you flushed out to toilet for the tablet and you took the bag, without calling the officer.You told me you took the pictures for the bag. Could you please email or text me those pictures?I wished to call the officer to report and investigate it. But I couldn't call the officer because I didn't have any evidence to show the officer.Once you send those pictures, I will report to the officer and hope to investigate the material inside the bag by the officer.Also, you said that someone called your room at 3 AM everyday during your stay. Since none of front desk clerk calls to the guest room without reason, you should either call the officer or let us know to find who was calling your room right after you got a phone call from stranger.And then, the officer could trace the phone call record, not by us.The noisy from A/C unit is coming from the fan. I will try to replace it first within a week.Your feedback from your stay on March 27 to 30 will help us identify opportunities where we can focus on making improvements.I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with me. Not like usual la Quinta, it looks like they were renewing it which is not a bad thing but it made everything seem dirty. I could hear full convo from next door room. After checking out they tried charging $500 of “damages” that were not real. We called and the guy didn’t even know what to make up apparently some window screen was broken or missing which who even touches that? We didn’t even feel comfortable there much less going to be touching around! When the 500 didn’t go through they made tiny charges until they took all they could from our checkings thankfully it wasn’t much! But still sketchy like just why???? Horrible experience don’t recommend!

Our main goal is to keep this place safe and comfortable for every guest.I got a notice of damaged the screen of window from housekeeper for the room you stayed ,Room # 309, in the morning of March 3. And I checked and took pictures for the damage of window screen.Once I found the any damage n the room, I must make a charge for the repair or replacement of the damaged items under the policy of the damage compensation.Therefore, we can keep this place under brand standard.However, I only can charge 220.00 which was less than a half of the cost of replacement the screen because of the short fund on your credit card which registered on your reservation for incidental charge.We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.Thank you very much for your comments again!Mike Lee/GM3-8

This hotel was a good price just outside of Denver. There is not a lot around this property but it is right off the expressway making this a good choice for travelers.

And i am sorry that we are located just side of I-76 and this highway is busy high way.We are converting the bathtub to shower room now.I also planned to change the carpet on hallways, upgrading the lobby, and breakfast area. Finally, I plan to remodel the breakfast area, lobby tile, paint in the room and hallways again, counter, and elevator. So far for the last year, we changed mattresses, paint at hallways with stairs, door lock, windows, and curtain in all of rooms. It will take time to finish all of these. This hotel is advertised as "pet friendly", however, no place on their website does it say there is a $25 fee for a dog. This is misleading and maybe false advertising. The place is run down and needs maintenance and remodel. No carpet in the rooms... just broken plastic flooring. The ice machine denseness ice cubes that have black dirt particles frozen in the cubes.

Once I had a report of leaking water through the wall, I and he checked all water line and found a broken washer at the end of faucet. It caused the leaking inside the wall and came to the floor. However, he all fixed right away and no further water leaking reported.I tried to refund a half of your room charge. But you made this reservation with Expedia's virtual card.So, I emailed you I will give 50% discount for your next visit. Great Location for our needs
Clean hotel in good location to reach downtown Denver in 15 minutes. We attended the National Western Stock Show downtown so getting there easily was important. The only real complain I had was a minor one. There were 3 of us in the room and the first night we asked for a third towel and received it, but when replacement time came there were only two replaced for three used. Not very observant but really not a big deal either. Otherwise it was good!

The room did not have a latch on the door. I asked could they move me to another room they said no. I was only there for 30 minutes and they refused to give me a refund.

Our main goal is to keep this place safe and comfortable for every guest.The latches I ordered delivered Dec. 6 and placed it with new one in the room #203 where you stayed. And the all rooms were booked the night you checked in and couldn't offer other room to change. We usually offer the our loyal guest like you to change or upgrade other rooms if the guest dislike the room condition. But, if we don't have any extra rooms available to offer, we couldn't do it.We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.
