Hôtel accueillant situé à une vingtaine de kilomètre au nord de Denver (rapide par autoroute) Spa et piscine couverte appréciable en fin d'après-midi. Pas de restauration à proximité.

I honestly want someone to contact me. We found a bag of crack or some kind of drug in our room after being on there for 3 nights. Cleaning staff was in daily and maintenance was one day for our loud heater. Dumped the drugs. Took pictures. While staying there we were also called every morning at 3 am. So know we are thinking the people before us are watching us. Very scary. Crack pipe outside motel for 3 days. I have pictures also. Like this is serious. A child could have been in there next. Fentanyl can kill anyone who even touches the bag. The manager Mike was called because I didn’t want to leave without him knowing. He could have cared less. I did not sleep. And had to drive 14 hours home. I asked for a refund. He didn’t find it to be a reason to give me a refund. First. I paid a hotel so I could sleep. Heater was so loud. I even tipped the maintenance man but it was not fixed. Calls at 3 am. Drugs in room. They did not care. It’s too bad because honestly it was an alright motel. But my safety and others should be highest priority. Like would they have called the cops on me upon cleaning the room or would the next person find it. Who knows. I want to be contacted.

We strive to provide services that guests find timely and helpful.Once I came to La Quinta Inn Henderson, I found you already checked out.I asked front desk clerk, Ms. Amy, whether you called the officer and where is the bag and anything inside the bag you found in the room.Ms. Amy told me you flushed out to toilet for the tablet and you took the bag, without calling the officer.You told me you took the pictures for the bag. Could you please email or text me those pictures?I wished to call the officer to report and investigate it. But I couldn't call the officer because I didn't have any evidence to show the officer.Once you send those pictures, I will report to the officer and hope to investigate the material inside the bag by the officer.Also, you said that someone called your room at 3 AM everyday during your stay. Since none of front desk clerk calls to the guest room without reason, you should either call the officer or let us know to find who was calling your room right after you got a phone call from stranger.And then, the officer could trace the phone call record, not by us.The noisy from A/C unit is coming from the fan. I will try to replace it first within a week.Your feedback from your stay on March 27 to 30 will help us identify opportunities where we can focus on making improvements.I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with me.
