“Friendly Service and Clean Rooms”
I went to the Espoo Jazz Fest and found the Hotel walking distance from all the venues. It is fairly clean hotel with excellent and helpful staff. The pond behind the hotel would be nice provided ther is some maintenance done on it. I would stay here again and rate it 4 out 5 stars.

Wonderful hotel with friendly & helpful staff. Room was comfortable with a balcony overlooking a lake to the rear of the hotel. Setting ideal for Espoo or south-western Helsinki business meetings. Quality breakfast. Great hair-dryer and bath. Free wi-fi.
“Business traveller”
The hotel has been very recently refurbished in a contempory style and is chic and stylish. Service was excellant and food at the spanish themed restaurant was very good. The room was clean and comfortable if not luxurious. Free internet access was available on my visit but this may have been a promotion. I stayed on a business trip so I don't know what there is to do locally if you are on a holiday visit. Overall I was very satisfied and will be using the hotel again.
“Nice hotel currently spoilt by major construction outside”
A nice looking refurbished hotel on the inside but heating was not working properly in my room. Not sure if it was particularly busy but breakfast left me with no empty table to sit at, judging by the number of people the setting area wasn't large enough. I found a place after a few minutes. The hotel is currently spoilt by the extensive earth works out the front where they are constructing a new metro station! Saying all that, I used to stay here quite regularly but would probably try a different Espoo hotel next time.....
“Typical Finnish Hotel”
Although it is rated as 4* hotel, don't expect to have coffee/tea & kettle in the room. It is not the $3-4 dollars extra that you got to pay in order to get a warm cup, but the fact that it is available only at the reception level! How on earth did they get 4*?
