“The Place to Stay in Helena”
The Holiday Inn Helena is the place to stay. Central location, uber-friendly and accommodating staff. Newly remodeled, well appointed rooms. Pet friendly!
“Helena Holiday inn”
Staff was very accomadating. Let us change rooms, gave us insight to places to go shop, eat, and entertain ourselves. Very down to earth and friendly.
“Best Place in Helena Yet!”
Great room, amazing customer service, friendly staff, clean environment and a very convenient location. We look forward to staying there again, and we would gladly recommend the place to anyone! TJ at the desk was especially helpful! When booking our trip, we were disappointed we couldn't get a room at the hotel nearest Carroll College's campus. I stayed there once, and it was fine, but we were so glad we ended up here!
“Great Hotel for taking your NCLEX”
Hotel was very nice. Room was excellent as was the staff. Very close to Pearson Professional Center for all those nursing students out there like me because the testing center is diagonal out the hotel lobby entrance.
“Decent Hotel in a Great Location”
The best part of the hotel was the location, and it being in the heart of Helena's downtown walking mall and close to state offices.

The only thing I would recommend would be that if someone checks in with a child, the staff should remind guests that they can get a coupon to allow the child to eat in the diningroom for free. We got the meal for our granddaughter but had to ask and then return to the desk because we didn't know we needed a coupon. I think if the front desk would let people know they might be more encouraged to stay in the hotel to eat meals.
“nice and perfect location”
The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The hotel was an older downtown building that smelled alittle musty in the lobby but other wise was much more than adequate and it is right on the walking mall with several restaurants very close which was also nice

“Worst Place IN the Last Best Place!”
HORRIBLE!!!! I forgot my credit card that I booked the room with so they required me to give them $250.00 Deposit. Next, the staff at the hotel placed me in a room next to the elevator. Also, next to my room was a room with some kind of compressor or pump that went off about every twenty minutes or so...not good sleep! The next morning when I went to breakfast, having paid in advance $16.00, I was told I could only order off this little slip of paper. The sad part is there is nothing on the menu worth $16.00. Bad service. After the football game we were told we could not sit in a certain seat in the bar and that UFC was on and no football. We left. I will never stay in this hotel again as long as I live. Horrible!!!
