The elevator was not working and the only room available was on the 3rd floor. I am 80 years old and was expected to carry my 2 bags up the stairway and down again for a 5:00 am flight. Needless to say, I do not have my bags in my room, but too tired to change hotels tonight.

Room and staff were good. Elevator should be repaired. Seems to have been a while. Hotel is near major roads so expect noice. It’s is nice to have a fridge in the room but many hotels build it inside a cabinet so the noice is covered. This fridge stands alone and was rather noisy.

Very Clean and breakfast was nice. Only downfall was the elevator was down and we were on the 3rd floor. But the front desk was very apologetic. Over all it was a nice place to stay.

The property is very well maintained. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. The breakfast was a full hot one and again spotless. Great Stay!

Positives: The rooms interior very clean and the staff very friendly. Unfortunately the pool area was not very clean and the hot tub only had one working jet. The elevator was not working.

Walking in smelled like getting on to an elevator with someone with way too much perfume or cologne. Permeated through entire hotel to room. Hair conditioner container was completely empty. Front desk at check in was very nice and professional.

Decent property and nice staff
Nice property, although the elevator was broken, but nice staff and comfy bed. Because elevator was broken they switched me to a first floor room at checkin which was acceptable, although I do prefer higher floors.

I feel the Hampton in Helena was very clean the staff was polite and helpful. The room was not what I had reserved. We reserved a room with a daybed in addition to our bed. We did not have the daybed, but it worked out ok. The staff at the breakfast room were very nice but the hot foods were not that great. All in all, the rooms were nice for the price thank you

The staff was amazing and very friendly. They were so welcoming of our dog with us and even went the extra mile to have our room ready even earlier than expected. Please tell your staff how wonderful they were for my son and I during our quick stay.

The rooms were clean and we love the pet policy. Breakfast was very good as well. The only negative was the bed. It was just very firm and not very comfortable. The area around the motel was quite rundown and there were really no choice for dining close by.

After 10:00pm dogs were barking at each other then the fire alarm went off around 2:00am and kids were running up and down the hallways screaming. Then the fire alarm went off again around 6:45am. The elevator was noisy and was out of service so we had to drag our luggage down two flights of stairs.

We did contact the guest with the barking dogs and told them they could not leave them unattended again. The alarm going off at 2am was due to a guest having a medical emergency and need care.
