Property was handy. I-68is very close and a lot Noise from trucks. The heating unit was very Noisy making it difficult to sleep. No coffee in room.

This microtel wasn’t the best. If you are looking for a nice hotel, not this one. Maybe it is nicer upstairs. We were on the first floor. The room was neglected, or was being used before we got there. It was a snowstorm, but fortunately I had bleach with me. Staff was friendly. Breakfast seemed ok.

Awful stay. Room smelled damp, bed and pillow was uncomfortable, the room gave a hospital like feel. The walls are paper thin as we heard our roommate jamming out all night and got no sleep. Expired food for breakfast. I felt like I was staying at the jail a few hundred yards away. The only thing this place had going was the waffle maker. Classic hill billy hotel inn.

The service was terrific with our host being very helpful. The breakfast service could use some updates. The fresh fruit was dried out. The toaster and microwave was dirty. Please pay attention what you are serving your customers even if it means putting out less food and refilling as necessary.

The room needs attention from maintenance
The staff, particularly Kim, were fantastic and excellently accomodating! The room needs a bit more attention from the maintenance crew. Counter edges showed water damage, rust around the bathroom door frame, bathroom fan was very dusty, and very noisy (bad baring?), the phone had no faceplate and the hvac unit was very noisy too.

For the price the place is very good. The linens were clean, the bathroom was clean. I'd say that the detail cleaning is what makes it a 4/5 in cleaning, but most people would be okay with that -- for example, the glass of the windows didn't look wiped, there were some dead flies on the window seal, and it doesn't look like there's much vacuuming done on the area near the bed and night tables. But, again, it's not a big deal. Otherwise, the breakfast was nice (they had hard boiled eggs, coffee, pastries, bagels, waffles, etc.), the front desk service was very polite and helpful, and the place overall still feels like a new and clean space. The room that's on the 3rd floor directly across front he flag pole is kind of a bad spot for anyone who needs quiet to fall asleep. We stayed on a windy night and we could hear that flag hitting the pole from the wind and it was kind of maddening, and I am not usually noise sensitive, so imagine those who are directly across it sleeping may have had a hard time. They should rethink that flag pole.

Friendly courteous staff. Check-in was very easy and painless. The room was clean and exactly as advertised. I slept well - the mattress was firm and there were plenty of pillows. I would stay there again if I were going to be in that area.
