“Set in a beautiful area”
These condos are set in a very nice area just a few minutes south of Kailua-Kona. Our condo was very clean with everything you would need in the kitchen. It was very quiet and peaceful at the time we were there (February), so the pool area wasn't too crowded. Very large living room and bedroom, and a nice deck where you could eat breakfast every morning. We would definitely stay there again.
“would recommend to a friend”
Our unit was private and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The resort, located close to Kona, is a day drive to anywhere on the island. There was no pressure to attend the concierge or timeshare meeting. Would definitely return.
“Exceeded Expectations”
We stayed at a 1-bedroom condo for three nights. The living room is huge with vaulted ceiling and very nice and 'hawaiian' decorations. All the rooms are in excellent conditions. There's no service provided during our short stay, but none is needed anyway. The front desk staff are all very nice. Some other reviewers mentioned hearing mowers on the nearby golf course early in the morning, but we didn't hear any. One problem is the parking garage may be too far away from some units so you have to walk quite a bit from the car to hotel room. The location may be a little far away from Kona but right in the middle of coffee country.

The suite has kitchenette, which we appreciated very much. BBQ close by. Site is gorgeous. Pools everywhere. Very quiet. The only thing the sofa bed is really not comfortable!
“Suberb Value!”
The Condo accomodation was even better than it looked in the pictures! Very comfortable for all five of us and much more luxurious than we expected. We'd definitely stay there again!

Very quite and beautiful mornings on the lani. Spacious unit and very comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Totally relaxing atmosphere and very friendly helpful staff. Will definately stay here again and highly recommend!
“Would stay again”
This place is a great place to stay in Kona. The people working there are very friendly. Everytime we went to the front desk we would chat it up with them for a few minutes. The room was huge! Probably around the 700-800 sq. ft. range. There was plenty of room for the four of us to move around with no problem. The ground were very quiet and well maintained. It's a little far from central Kona but that was okay with us because it was way too touristy there. There's a supermarket only about a mile down the street so we we able to make full use of our kitchen and save some money on dining. Stay here for a nice relaxing time. It's not close to the beach but it's not a long drive to get to some of the best beaches ever!

“Great place”
We loved the condo experience. Our one bedroom condo was really spacious, with a big living room, and 1.5 bathrooms. It had everything, washer and dryer, DVD player, dishwasher. There are many pools and hot tubs on the grounds, and there was almost always one close by that we had to ourselves. The Mauno Loa Village is in a quiet area but close to a shopping center with restaurants, grocery store, movie theater, urgent care, and post office.
