“Great Value”

We have been staying at this hotel for may years. Even before it was operated by Sheriton. It had been very well maintained over the years. The beds are fantastic, the pool area is beautiful, and the ocean views including the evening stingray show is fantastic.

“Paradise in Hawaii”

This hotel is an oasis and should not be missed if the Big Island is on your itinerary. All the facilities were fantastic, the staff extremely helpful and the proximity to the ocean wonderful. If we were going back to the Big Island we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

“A Must”

The Sheraton Keauhou Bay & Resort was an amazing and beautiful place to stay. The grounds are very pretty, great pool, great views from everywhere, and many nice places to eat, drink, and relax. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. If you like spending time at the spa, you must treat yourself to a massage...what a fantastic way to relax and pamper yourself. I will definitely stay there again the next time I travel to the Big Island!

“Wonderful grounds and views”

We were given a mountain view room, but it also had a partial ocean view as well. The balcony was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the beginning or end to any day.

“Great place”

Excellent value for your buck. Great hotel for kids. No beach, but plenty of pool space. Fun water slides and lots for little kids. Beautiful views and great bus service to downtown shops and food.

“An excellent choice for a vacation”

Enjoyed the Manta Ray viewing at night from the patio. Each of the staff helpful and friendly. Great view from our room

“Great place to stay”

I stayed for five days. My 3 year old loved the pool, especially the water slides. It is right over the water, but there is no beach. It is the Big Island so that is to be expected. It is a nice distance to town (not too far) and close to many activities. I would definitely stay here again.

“Second trip and would make a third”

We love this hotel. It is laid-back, yet has all the amenities of the flashy ones further north. Best hotel waterslide we have ever ridden. Food is very good.

“Nice place, nice people”

We really enjoyed the stay. The pool area was incredible. The only suggestion I would have is to update the rooms. They are nice but just seemed a little older. Needs to be more modern.
