“the best resort on Hawaii”
Having just completed a four-island tour of Hawaii, we were thrilled to have capped our stay at the Kona Four Seasons. The resort is a very short drive from the Kona airport and is just past a gated entrance that helps keep the resort private and secluded. The attention of the staff is phenomenal. From the golf cart tour of the property upon our arrival to the extremely high quality of the room cleaning and turn-down service, we could not have been happier. The bed was extremely comfortable, the infinity pool was spectacular, and the resort is well situated on the west side of the island for epic sunsets each night. The beach was a bit on the rocky side for our liking, but the quality of the pools more than made up for it. I recommend either of the beachside restaurants. Although I thought the service could have been a bit quicker at times, the facilities were comfortable and the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet each morning was also a highlight. It was very easy to let ourselves get pampered at this resort, and we had absolutely no desire to leave during our three night stay. Although the rates are higher, the extra service and sheer beauty of the facility is well worth the stay.
“Best Hotel on the Island”
Would highly recommend this hotel, well appointed, amazing gardens and grounds. Swimming pools for all tastes, from a kid/family pool area to a quieter pool for adults to a adults only pool. Food was a little(very) expensive. The only hotel that I would stay at on this Island.
“Can't wait to go back”
Fantastic place , perfect service , great food and gym , wonderful kid's club and beautiful spa . If you can afford it , it is worth every penny.
“Terrific”
Fulfilled expectations
“kona's best hotel”
Four Seasons is a first class hotel deserving its 5 star rating and will always be our first choice.
“" Can't wait to go back"”
We stayed at the resort for 8 nights. We absolutely loved it. It was a very relaxing vacation for all of us and we can't wait to go back. The spa garden was FANTASTIC. My daughter loved the free popsicles at the pool. The food was outstanding. The service at the beach and the pools was excellent.
“amazing hotel/resort”
The hotel/resort is very clean and everyone is super friendly. It is located about 15 minutes from downtown where there are many shops and great food. There is also a Wal-Mart so you don't have to take a lot of items with you when your traveling there. I highly recommend the rooms with the outdoor showers...so relaxing.
“The Vacation Experience of a Lifetime”
This experience is truly a memory we will cherish forever. Beautiful paradise-like setting, incredible views, phenomenal food and peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. But the differentiator was the approach and feel of the people working at the resort. I can't say enough about how special the staff makes you feel. We will be doing all we can to return. What a wonderful vacation!
“Perfect but Spendy”
We just spent 5 nights here to kick off our Big Island honeymoon, and could not have been more pleased. If you want to go off-grid and get pampered for a few days, it's hard to imagine a more perfect hotel. At one point I decided that if there is a heaven, it looks a lot like the Four Seasons Hualalai. Only demerit is their lack of a proper beach, so if that's your main thing go elsewhere. IMHO they make up for it with the stellar pools and non-beach watersport activities.
“Fantastic hotel”
Wonderfull hotel, location outstanding ,white sand beach, great cuisine, dolphins offshore!
