“appartement sympa avec belle situation”

Nous sommes restés aux terrases du Lac hors saison (février), et nous avons pu bénéficier du confort de l'apartement pour un court séjour (sauf de la piscine extérieure!). Pas de service d'hôtel (ménage journalier, service à l'étage), mais intimité et liberté de disposer de l'appartement. vue sur le lac et les montagnes. parking disponible.

“Lovely and relaxing”

Nice set of apartments, clean, spacious, quiet, well catered for. Nice pool. But a little far and very steep to walk to Evian centre (especially with children). You need a car. Lovely stay.

“Brilliant apartments”

We stayed here in August 07. Just made the arrival time but do not worry if you are late. Information left on office door for late arrivals.Impressive clean apartment, slept four adults easily. We didn't get a lake view but the mountain view was impressive. Ample parking,even has underground parking.Five minute walk for bread in the morning, shopping you would need to go in the car.Close to golf course.

“LES TERRASSES EVIAN BALCONS DU LEMAN”

L'accueil fut mitigé car expedia n'avait pas modifié les horaires d'ouverture de la réception ( fermé entre 12 et 14 h)... Le studio très agréable. Celui-ci étant un studio pour " handicapés ", ce qu'Expédia ne nous avait pas signalé, la douche était mal conçu et l'eau inondait toute la salle d'eau.. Désagréable et dangereux en plus !!! Pour tout le reste très agréable et très propre et bien pensé. Très bon petit séjour, vraiment.

“good pice/quality, verry cheap and clean!!”

It is a good place, quality/price. Is clean and have all kitchen instruments. A bad aspect is that there is not towels, so bring your own The bad thing is that if yo arrive by walking is difficult to find the adress, and at nigth is even worst.

“Bon rapport qualité/prix”

Résidence plutôt confortable, accueil sympathique. Centre ville d'Evian a 15mn a pied (en descente) et inversement la résidence est a 20mn (en montée). Il y a un petit supermarché lidl juste en dessous de la Résidence. Par contre si vous prenez avec"vue sur le lac" si vous étes au rdc ou au 1er, vous avez vue sur les arbres et un peu sur le lac. (pour les appartements de 2-4 pers). Bon rapport qualité/prix

“Fine for a short break”

We stayed at the Residhotel for five nights at the beginning of July and it served our purposes very well. A bit of a bind having to take the car down into Evian because of the steep hill on the way back but not too much of a problem. We have everything we needed in the apartment and a lovely big balcony with a view of the lake. I don't think I would want to stay there for a longer period though and especially not when the complex was full as I would think it could get quite noisey. Overall though a good place to use as a base from getting around the area at a very acceptable price.
