“Nice hotel but no hotel staff after 8 PM”

when I reach the hotel @ 9 Pm the hotel doors were closed and the reciption are leaving @ 8 PM. the left the room keys on the box outside the hotel and it took me one hour trining to get to my room trying top solve this buzzle. the rooms are good but there is no resturant in the hotel.
