  • During the following times guests should check in at the Chamois Blanc reception (100 metres from the residence): Sundays to Thursdays, 9 AM to noon and 5 PM to 7 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 9 PM; closed on Wednesdays.
  • Guests should contact +33 4 50 53 41 55 for if arriving outside these hours.
  • Please note:
  • On arrival day, room keys can only be collected after 5 PM and must be returned by 10 AM on the day of departure.
  • Short stay arrival after 2 PM. Keys must be returned by noon on the day of departure. Please notify the residence directly if you will be arriving after the reception is closed.
