“PARFAIT”
Séjour et accueil très agréables. Très bel hôtel et très beau cadre. Personnel disponible et efficace.
“fantastic”
Fantastic will go back, great location ski in /ski out and the outdoor pool is really lovely and warm, staff all very helpful .
“Excellent Hotel”
Just about ski in / ski out depending on your ability. Fantastic facilities, just a bit of a hike down to the main area in the evenings, but bus service is very good. Would suit family / young couple or group.
“great location”
This hotel/apartment is in an excellent location. The rooms are clean and comfortable and although not massive, of adequate size. Ski lockers are convenient, as is ski-in/out access. The only thing that lets it down is the check-in procedure. I've stayed here twice and both times were extremely poor. The first was total chaos on a Saturday, with people having to wait more that 3 hours for access to their rooms. The second there was confusion over which category of room was booked. If you don't expect a warm friendly welcome you'll be fine.
“Good Location Bad Service”
We arrived at the hotel at 7pm it was total chaos both outside with vehicles and inside with guests. I was told to move the car from outside even though we hadn't unloaded our bags - to park in the hotel car park costs 75 Euros and there wasn't a free space anywhere in the village! We were the lucky ones our room was ready most other guests had to wait or sign to say they'd take the room uncleaned! I found this suprising in a place where you have checked out by 10.00am and clean your own kitchin or incur a charge of 150 Euros!!! It's not all bad the hotel is in a good location a short walk from the village -uphill back and with good views and a nice gentle slope to ski back on. The rooms are nicely presented if a bit small but the beds were very comfortable. Outdoor pool and sauna etc also nice but very crowded at peak times. This hotel could be really nice if they organise themselves and stop trying to charge ridiculous charges for parking. We had a lovely time and would probably stay again at a less busy time of year!!
