“Bien pour les vacance d'hiver!!!”

Studio confortable, literie agréable. Le chauffage est electrique les chambres pas climatisés. Donc a eviter l'été sachant que l'immeuble est au pied de la voie férré. J'ai eu le droit a 3 train entre 19 et 23h et puis plus rien jusqu'au lendemain matin. donc en soi pas trop désagréable meme si ca vibre un peu. Savon et shampoing (ecolo) fourni. Pour la propreté ca va bien mais si vous etes un maniac passé votre chemin: poussières accumulé sur les plaintes, sous l'abattant des WC des traces Marron orange (un peu comme des goutte d'argille????) Bref si vous avez un enfant en bas age mieux vaut eviter de le laisser lecher le carrelage. Surpris aussi qu'a mon arrivée on me demande la taxe de sejour. (Lu peut etre trop vite mais elle n'est pas comprise quand on reserve en ligne) et le parking est payant 5€/j. Ne comptez pas vous garer a proximité. tout est plein et le parking du carrefour market qui est juste a coté est payant. La vmc dans la cuisine (qui est ouverte sur le salon) souffle en permanence et c'est pas terrible pour la nuit. bref bien pour quelques jours pendant les vacances d'hiver, pour l'été passez votre chemin. Pour la proprete c'est mieux qu'un etap hotel...

“Not quite a hotel”

I stayed at this "hotel" because I booked a late flight to Geneva to go Skiing between christmas and new year. All the accomodation in the ski resorts were either full or very expensive. We booked this as it slept 4 and is really a block of flats with studio rooms to rent. There are no hotel services, but the rooms are clean and spacious with a small kitchen and spacious balcony. Be warned the apartments have been buit next to the railway line and trains do rumble past between 6am to 10pm. Light sleepers may be affected. This didn't bother me but lack of reception outside of 9am to 4pm did. If you want to ski Morzine is only 40 mins drive away. The town itself is small with a few restuarants and bars nearby.Overall for the price good value for money but be warned it is not a hotel.

“Do not stay here if you plan to arrive at a weekend!”

Not only is the reception not open on Saturdays/Sundays (when we arrived), but nobody will answer the mobile phone number on the door. We saw at least 3 other groups, in addition to us, standing outside the hotel completely baffled and unable to get in. We left a phone number but no one called us back. Eventually, on Monday, we looked in to cancel the room (after fortunately finding somewhere else to stay in a hurry) and they were really quite rude, blaming us for them not answering the phone. Oh, and charged us a day's rate despite us being unable to get into their hotel for "cancellation". They explained not answering the phone as being "because we were in Switzerland on Saturday". We looked at the room (before returning to our lovely warm alternative with friendly proprietor on-hand). Cold, stark, very clean, noisy, new, next to the railway line, about sums it up.

“si vous avez l'âme d'un chef de gare”

On ne peut pas coucher plus près d'une voie ferrée, à tel point que l'on peut même voir la barriére automatique s'ouvrir et se fermer devant la fenêtre! En prime,il y en a pour tous les gouts: T.E.R et marchandises. Dommage:L'immeuble et l'appartement est neuf. ( Mes remarques seront-elles modifiées ou supprimées comme se le permet Expedia?)
