“excellent hotel and excellent location”

The Mercure Centre is within 5 mins walk of the station and 5 mins walk of the lake. It is surrounded by shops and restaurants. I found the hotel extremely comfortable, the service excellent and the buffet breakfast was one of the best I've had in France. I would definitely return.

I have been staying at 3 different hotels in Annecy the same week due to some business obligations. Definitely the best of its class!

“A lovely stop over on the way to skiing.”

Having passed Annacy on many occasions on our way skiing it was always somewhere I wanted to visit but as wev are always in a hurry to get skiing never have. This year I decided that we would stay in Annacy overnight on our way to Arc 1950. We stayed at the Mercure Hotel which was very well positioned foe exploring the town and the lake. The Hotel was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I would definatly recommend it as a stop over on the way to a ski resort.We had a very nice meal in Le Chalet Restaurant on the Friday night and got up refreshed on Saturday and after breakfast in the hotel explored the town and had a walk by the lake. The town and the lake are very picturesque and I could easily spend much longer there maybe I will visit again for a few days. We left to drive to our ski resort at lunch time, the drive along the lake is beatiful and we stopped at a lake side restaurant called Port et Lac .After an enjoyable luch we drove to Arc 1950 and arrived feelling as though I had had a mini holiday.I would definatly recommend Annacy and the Mercure Hotel as a good place to stop on the way skiing you will arrive feeling relaxed and ready to hit the slopes!

“Well situated hotel with friendly staff”

The hotel is in an excellent location - close to the station, yet close to the centre and attractions. The rooms are clean and updated, although somewhat small. The service is impeccable and very helpful and friendly. Note that the hotel is not licensed (not even the minibar has alcoholic drinks), but you can always buy it outside or order it over the phone (including food if you wish) and it is delivered to the reception.

“Très décevant”

La seule fenêtre d'une chambre sombre donne sur...un mur. La parking mentionné n'est en fait qu'un parking public payant hors de prix (gratuit uniquement la nuit). Le service est déplorable au niveau de la réception, hors pair au niveau du petit déjeuner.
