“Very comfotable and and next to transport”

Very good and comfortable experience for those that look for a cheap option to stay in a place for a long weekend. Enough facilities in the room to use it as the place to chush after a day trip visiting around. Transport at the door and very helpful staff.

“Big, Easy, and a Great Value”

I stayed at the Geneva Residence (which is called Appart'Valley on the signs) for one night in a "Studio." I was impressed first by the size - 2 Queen/full beds, relatively large kitchen - and also how easy it was to find (literally across the street from the Mouillesulaz tram stop). Even though it's technically in France, there wasn't any border control, which made it even easier to get to from central Geneva (about 30 minutes tram from Cornavin). The bed was moderately comfortable and the decoration wasn't anything special, but not ugly, either. There were plenty of restaurants in the area and a cozy bakery in the same square. Wifi is available, but you need a code from the desk - which has pretty limited hours. It was a little noisy as sound seemed to travel well from outside and inside the building. But overall, especially for the price, I'd be happy to revisit and recommend the Geneva Residence.

This hotel consists of good sized apartments with all that you need (microwave, small cooker, fridge, utensils). It is just across the border in France but only a minute from the last stop on the tram, which takes around 25 minutes from the main station and centre of Geneva. Check when reception is open before you go (limited hours)

“Appart valley : le bon plan hotel frontalier”

J'ai reside a l'appart valley pour rendre visite a des amis genevois, la location est a la fois ideale car a quelques seconde a pied du tram genevois, mais les environs, et certaines nuisances sonores le soir sont moins agreables personnel accueillant et de qualité, confort du studio en adequation avec le prix,donc pas de (mauvaise) surprise, tres propre. je n'hesiterai pas a y retourner si j'ai besoin de faire un cours sejour a geneve

“Clean and Comfortable”

Sparse one bedroom apartment with small kitchen that served our family of 5 very well for the night. Plenty of nearby restraunts and shopping. Parking was horrid though with large Toyota Sienna!

“An excellent base for visiting Geneva”

Although located a few metres inside France, these apartments are adjacent to the No. 12 and 16 Tram Terminus at Moillesulaz, so it is exceptionally easy to get into the City Centre.Use the no 16 to get to Geneva Rail Station. They provide a very good base and there is a good-sized Spar five minutes into France along the road from the border if you want to self-cater.

“Would stay again”

The hotel is located just on the French side of the France/Switzerland border and is a 10 minute drive from the center of Geneva. The hotel had everything we needed for our stay, including a small kitchenette. The room was quiet and we were able to park in the secured parking garage under the hotel for a nominal fee. Good proximity to public transportation as well. There is no daily maid service. The condition of the room gave us the bare essentials but nothing more. The television was small and the couch was dirty, but we did not travel to Geneva to watch TV or sit around on the couch. Try bringing your own pillows because the ones we were offered were extremely flat. Overall, we would stay here again mainly because of the price relative to other hotels in the area.

“Bon Rapport Qualité / Prix”

Cette résidence est de bonne tenue. Le tram du centre de Genève est en bas de l'hôtel (il faut une petite trentaine de minutes pour rejoindre le centre en transport en commun). Il n'y a rien à faire sur place, c'est vraiment un hotel-dortoir qui héberge d'ailleurs des personnes à l'année. Tous les services annexes (internet, laverie, parking...) sont payants. On m'a demandé de régler en plus du prix payé sur expédia (chambre + taxes) les taxes de séjour locales. Bon Rapport qualité/prix. Accueil satisfaisant
