"Excellent stay"
We were in Mulhouse for 2 days. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and a lot larger then what we were expecting after the hotels in Paris. Hotel is just a few minutes walk from downtown, with easy access to lots of restaurants.

"Picturesque hotel at the edge of old Colmar"
The hotel is right next to the Petit Venice district and at the gateway to the very beautiful historic center of Colmar. We stayed 2 nights during our rent a car trip in Alsace. There are plenty of street parking lots in front of the hotel and having a car in the old town was not as stressful as we worried. Interior of the hotel had been renovated nicely and was stylish. No need to explain the convenience to reach all POIs within Colmar on foot, and inaddition, can be a good base to visit other villages by car in Alsuce, such as, Recqueville, Eguisheim, Turckheim, Kaysersberg. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who plan a trip to Colmar.

"Très bien situé mais bruyant"
Nous avons passe un bon séjour (1 nuit) , le Spa est très bien , mais le seul bémol c'est l'isolation de la chambre. On entendait vraiment tous les bruits de couloirs et les autres clients dans leurs chambres. Pour un 3* c'est un peu limite quand même.

We found it a hard place to find as it is in the part of the city that does not allow for cars. After a hour and a half we found the street that lead to an underground parking facility and my frustrations departed. Once in the hotel, we loved it. The staff was very helpful. They served a nice breakfast. It was right by the Christmas market, post office and good restaurants.

Very modern hotel with probably the best breakfast we've had in any hotel so far. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the centre is around the corner. Only downside is that it's a bit pricey.

"An old hotel with kind staff"
The first bathroom shower had a flimsy curtain partition which would leak water all over the floor and on out to the bedroom. The bathroom of the second room and night's stay was modernized, having an enclosed stall. The internet is severely weakened or non existent on the upper floors. The hotel staff are very accommodating and pleasant, such that we extended our stay.
