In my entire lifetime I have never felt unsafe to stay in a pitcular hotel. The staff member that greeted me was very friendly and nice. T When pulling up to the room I noticed a woman standing outside watching my every move. That made me extremely nervous and scared. After entering the room the lady came to my door and yelled at me through the door. I engorged it at first but then I few minutes later she knocked on my door. I called the front office and explained and complained to the front desk but they said if it happened again to call them. Well I didn’t let it happen again because I grab my stuff and got out of there.

I'm surprised this has a Wyndham name because this is not acceptable. We had to change to 3 different rooms. First room had a broken bed and smelled of smoke. The second room had a TV that didn't work and all of the light bulbs were missing. The final room is okay but I'm glad I'm only staying 1 night. I'm not sure about walking around without my shoes.

They had cockroaches. The floor was so dirty it turned our feet black. 2 towels, 2 washcloths, & 1 handtowel for 2 adults and 1 teen. The basin for the bathroom sink was very unstable. Dirt and food were under the dresser. Room keys didn’t work for any longer than one use. I don’t recommend this place to anyone ever!!

Room was updated but not clean. Comforters had cigarette burns. I had booked a standard room, requested non smoking upon arrival, and was given a smoking room. Shower wasn’t clean. Floors turned our feet black. Bed was comfy. Location was convenient to food, interstate, hospital, and stores.

The staff and front desk individual were all fantastic. Helpful and sweet can’t say enough about the people there. However the rooms were horrible, unclean, showers in both rooms were not clean and unusable. The bedsheet in one of the rooms had cigarette burns all over it, stains over the walls and dust all over the art work in the rooms. I would not recommend this property but the people were amazing.

There were children above us and plenty of empty rooms. If they were there before us, put us somewhere else. If we were their first, put them somewhere else. They were stomping until after 10:00 pm! Use common sense. Also there was poop on the wall next to the toilet.

The staff from front desk to cleaning ladies were always very helpful and did everything with a smile on their face. The only negative I found was it could be a little noisy at night but since it is on a Main Street that was to be expected. I will recommend them to anyone needing a place to stay in Laurel

Everything smelled of cigarettes. Floor looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There were hidden empty beer bottles behind the tv that my children found.No tv remote. Was supposed to be 3 double beds and it was 2 doubles and a single. Bedding had cigarette burns in them.

the hotel cancel my reservation eventhough it was all paid for because i show up late. they left me stranded with a 1yr old after an 18hrs drive. will never forget this experience. worse hotel service ever. call me once at midnight and left a message while im driving in a storm.
