“Great place to stay”

We had a wonderful experience here. The staff were over the top helpful and willing to help you out. They all volunteered information when asked, were willing to shuttle us when needed and we're very nice and friendly. The hotel had all of the amenities that we needed and was in very good shape and clean. This is a perfect hotel if you want to stay at a reasonable rate but have easy public access to downtown New York. We will stay here again when we come back.

“On-site restaurant”

The food at on-site restaurant, which also did the room service, was excellent. Our room service meals were delicious, the portions were surprisingly large, and the cost was surprisingly low considering being so close to NYC. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was very good with alot of very delicious choices. The view from our room---the Empire State Building.

“not too bad for a Holiday Inn”

The staff at the hotel were nice and professional. The hotel is a little outdated and could benefit from a remodel. The food was good in the restarant. I will stay again.
