Pros: Everything !! : ))
Cons: Nothing that comes to Mind ..
Location: Honestly, we were there for Dance Competition only and spent the wknd at the Convention Center..
We chose this hotel for *a dance competition that was being held at the Convention Center Easy Acces and Very Short Ride to Our Destination Rates were Very Accommodating as Most Hotels near the Convention Center stated @ $250.00 UP 3 pools, court side view - Very Clean and Friendly Staff *they were all very helpful in all ways

No keys

Posted 14-Apr-2014
The key machine was inoperable, so any time I needed to leave the room I had to either leave the door cracked open or go to the office and get maintenance to let me in. I also had to wait an additional 45 minutes to check in.

Run Down Hotel & Rude Staff

Posted 14-Apr-2014
Pros: The location to downtown New Orleans.
Cons: New covers for bed and check plug ins in room to make sure they work. Make sure the staff have customer service training and can understand English.
Location: Location was convenient to French Quarter and Superdome.
The Staff member that checked us in might have been a robot. She asked for our name and for a credit card (we had paid in advance) so I had to ask her what the credit card was for and she rolled her eyes at me. Didn't give clear directions to room or tell us where anything was located such as ice machine & pool. 1st thing we notice about room was the sheets & blankets were old and actually had holes in them. The electric plug in by sink did not work, so to use a hair dryer or make coffee you had to use plug in by TV. Never could find the ice machine and when you ask the maid she didn't speak English.

Meh

Posted 10-Apr-2014
Pros: The staff and the tv had alot of channels
Cons: Cleanliness.
Location: Its very far off the map. Its next door to a gas station that sells both Chinese food and soul food. That made me laugh. :o)
When we arrived to our room, it looked as if it was barely cleaned. The sheets and the pillow cases were still filthy. There was a HUGE hole o n the side of the bed and the towels were all still dirty. We informed this to the front desk and they moved us to an "upgraded" room. The room was much better, but its not a clean place to stay overall. In addition, the walls a VERY thin. Very little privacy. But the staff was great though.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable

Posted 29-Mar-2014
Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Prior to my arrival, I was concerned about the overall presentation of the room because of the cheap rate. However, once I arrived I was very pleased. Its no five star facility but it will serve its purpose.

Good enough...

Posted 27-Mar-2014
I was in New Orleans for a business trip, and I just needed a simple place to sleep at night. On the outside, and in the lobby, the hotel looks pretty dirty and poorly maintained, but my room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable by the end of my busy days running around town. There were a few people there as well that hung out at the pool. When walking to my room at night, I'd typically pass 2 or 3 people smoking and drinking nearby the pool. Sometimes I would leave at 4 AM and they were still drinking, but from inside the room, it wasn't disturbing. It's a cheap and easy place to stay if you are only in need of somewhere to sleep at night. The commute to the downtown area wasn't terrible either. Just a 5-10 minute drive across the bridge. Possibly a little longer if you need to go to the west side of New Orleans.

I didn't expect much.

Posted 24-Mar-2014
I didn't expect much and I didn't get much either. Front desk staff was professional and polite but that's the extent of the positive. Beds gave my daughter and wife a rash. I found a cockroach by the sink. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Adjacent rooms were rowdy and noisy. If I had to stay longer than just one night, I would have left. Requested an ironing board with no luck. Bathroom so small you can hardly turn around in it. Will not be back.

uncomfortable

Posted 10-Mar-2014
Pros: price
it was an ok distance from the things to do but the bed was horrible to sleep in and after a long day of walking u just cant get comfortable the bed was too small to even move I would of rather spent a little more money to get comfort and I asked for a continental breakfast and all we got was cereal and toast
