Very pleasant stay!Posted 13-Oct-2014
Pros: Comfortable rooms! The Pool! Especially how close it is to everything like shopping and the French Quarter.
Cons: Leaving replacement items. We had to ask for coffee, glasses ETC.
Location: Shopping! Casino! Downtown New Orleans! Great restaurants!
Enjoyed our stay very much. However cleaning staff needs to be more attentive to customer needs; leaving replacement items in particular such as Kleenex, coffee, more glasses etc.

the hotel was nice but it wasn't close to anythingPosted 3-Oct-2014
the furniture was old the locks on the doors didn't work very well and the carpet needed to be replaced the only thing that was decent was the flat screen TV

Please Don't Stay Here!!Posted 9-Jul-2014
We booked online for the essence festival. I will never stay their again. The hotel is not kept up. Trash and dirt was through the hallways and the next door neighbors smoked weed all night and day. The worse hotel/motel ever and it was extremely too high for what we got.

Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.Posted 25-Jun-2014
Pros: Not a thing!
Cons: Renovating the whole hotel.
The room was so musty smelling when we opened the door. The electric outlets were coming out of the wall. The hair dryer did not work, and no iron or ironing board. The bathtub did not have a mat or a non-stick surface so it was slippery when taking a shower. Not easy to take a shower for my daughter who has special needs. We stayed for 3 nights, I should have only paid for 1 night and then checked out the others in town. When we got back to the room at night my key card would not let me in so I had to walk all the way around the hotel to get to the office. Once I got there and told the girl at the desk that my key wouldn't work she was just like oh sometimes that happens and fixed it. But then went on to say I could talk to the manager the next morning. For our final night there the same thing happened with key. So yet again I went around to the office and complained. There was a different girl there and she said they are older keys.....um not my problem, get new ones then. The people that they had at the front desk looked like they were high school kids and really didn't give a crap or not. Just said talk to the manager the next day. We are going back in February but there is no way in this world I would stay here. A real big dump of a hotel!

Very disappointedPosted 25-Jun-2014
I didn't have hot water when I got up to shower. Lamp cover broke and was just laying around. Stain chairs and linens. Sprinklers had towels stuff in them to fill the whole in the ceilings!

Horrible! Don't waste your money!!!Posted 25-Jun-2014 on Hotels.com
This place was awful!!! The area was so bad it had to have a chain-link fence around the building and there were three different types of paint on our room door jamb from where the door had been kicked in then repaired over & over.

Just an average hotelPosted 16-Jun-2014
Pros: nice swimming pool, not that far from the superdome and enough stores and eating places around the area, very close to the highway and seemed safe
The rooms were nice and clean, the staff pleasant, but not really customer oriented. They were not customer service excellent. Had to request a iron to days in a row to finally get one. Breakfast disappoint, no hot food, like eggs, sausage or bacon. Expedia did say contenential breakfast. Bathroom door open in the area where we ate breakfast and very dirty and stink. Staff just sitting around not really working. Had to go down and get our own towels at the desk, didn't like that.

Some investment needs to be put in the structure and building of the hotel, more lighting in the outside hallways of the hotel.
