“Very Impressed”
I booked a room for my brother & mother to stay in the weekend of my daughter's wedding. The clerks at checkin desk were very friendly & helpful. The room was clean and very roomy. They enjoyed their stay & I would recommend it to anyone coming in to town for a short visit. It's near the expressway & shopping area & you can't beat the price. I myself stayed at one of the ritzy hotels in the CBD & was very disappointed with the way we were treated & the price to park your car. Wish I had booked my room at the Travel Lodge, would have saved me a lot of money & headache.
“The most comfortable bed ever!”
We stayed at the Travelodge on our last trip to New Orleans. The hotel was on the Westbank and away from the city, which we prefer. The room was clean and the best was the most comfortable I have ever slept on anywhere! My only regret is that I left my pillow.
“Great Motel with Great Restaurant.”
This motel was great, and would go back again. Price was wonderful, considering it was a special week-end with many people in town for Jazz Fest.

The motel for the most part was fine, we did have some minor issues the lock on our door was broken, the hair dryer was broken and the pool wasn't open the first three days we were there. The motel staff, however, was pleasant and very helpful when we asked them somehing.
“You get what you pay for!”
For the price you couldnt beat this hotel, in a good area, food and stuff around it in walking distance. The only problem was when we checked it stated Downtown New Orleans was 3 miles away, well a 3 mile drive in a cab is $28 bucks! So dont think it is really only 3 miles. Other than that, you get what you pay for and we were satisfied!

The hotel was a perfect place to stay. It was clean, close to the Super Dome, shopping and dining.

Needed a little TLC in the room the commode was loose), but other wise it was a good stay. When needed anything the staff responded asap. The pool water was green but you could smell the clorine.

The people at the front desk were very pleasant and informative as to questions we asked. The only problem I had was that the room was not cleaned every day. We were just given enough towels for our stay and that was it.
