“Nice comfortable place to stay”
We recently spent two nights and enjoyed our stay. The Comfort Inn is well located -- there are many restaurants nearby and there is easy access to Rt 91. We were able to do a day trips to the Berkshires and Deerfield which are only about an hour a way. The motel is very quiet and a restful place to return after a day of sightseeing.

Management was friendly, checkin was easy, room were very clean and modern and the breakfast was very good. Highly recommend

Staff and facility were top notch. Very attentive and interested in satisfaction. Stayed here when other places were sold out in Springfield, Mass. and might just stay here again when in the area.

Our stay at the Comfort Inn was quite nice. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great for those on the go.
“Quiet location”
The location of the hotel was nice and quiet (some hotels of this ilk (near a freeway interchange) would get a lower rating due to the excessive freeway noise). This one is far away not to hear it. The breakfast was average: nothing memorable about it (except that the waffle stuck to the iron).
“East Windsor, CT - good stay”
We found the hotel right off the highway and there was plenty of parking. Room was very clean and came as advertised. I would definitely stay there again if we are down that way again.
“worlds smallest pool!”
Very clean ; staff very nice. Interestingly none of the hotel staff knew the surrounding area very well. I asked for directions to a mall.they could not tell me or where there were other resturants other than those with in a mile!!! They also were of no help finding common visitor sites with in 50 miles. I had to use mapquest!! Their pool holds 4 people max.no joke!! 3 ft deep and maybe 3 feet long thats IT!! The breakfast is very good; they were very friendly; very clean
“Convenient location, amenities lacking”
The pool was small, closed early and was located near guest rooms. The water was also very cold because they had just refilled the pool. The wifi is non-existent unless you're in the breakfast area. The internet in your room needs an adapter which you have to use a credit card deposit to get.
“useless pool hours”
please leave the pools open longer, open earlier int the am. 9-9 for business travelers is not enough time, unless you just don't really want people using the pool - why did you spend the money to build it. This will definitely keep me from going back to that hotel and I will check with your other sites before I make any more reservations with a comfort inn
