“Pass this one by”

One did not get the impression that this hotel will be in business the next time we pass by the location. It was run down. The room was not in very good shape. The breakfast was depleted. My family did not enjoy this experience.

“Not impressed”

We were given a room next to a very busy highway with much road noise at night. Upon entering the room for the first time, a very strong smell of PineSol hung in the air. We used the "Do Not Diaturb" sign on the door but at 10:00 AM they knocked on the door and entered without waiting for us to answer. I was standing at the sink just inside the door. Thank God I was fully dressed. Every day they entered the room and turned off the air conditioning which we had left on low because of hot weather outside. I rented here because the location was very close to the people we visited but I would not stay there again.

“you get what you pay for”

My room smelled like a dirty locker room. The bed was very firm. I am glad I was only there for about 8 hours to sleep.

“Met our needs while electric off at home.”

It met our needs for an overnight while our home power was out. Towels were very thin and old, but appeared clean. Room was very small. Frig and microwave worked. Breakfast buffet was poor.

“WILL NOT RETURN THERE!”

The hotel is located so near the highway and all night long the truck traffic could be heard. The bed had one hundred too many people who had slept on it, the sheets and the room had a perfume smell and had to remove the linens and wrap them up in a plastic bag to avoid the smells. I am sensetive to smells and this cause me a great deal of discomfort and couldn't wait for my event to start so I could get out of there. I will not go back even if it meant that I would have to sleep in my car the next time. This place was a total waste of my money.

“The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.”

The hotel and room was very dirty and uncomfortable. The staff was NOT helpful or pleasant. I would have left, but all the hotels in York were booked. I really think the parking lot was cleaner than my room.

“Roach Motel”

Motel was dingy all over. Poor service, no one at front desk each time I went by. Doors to unclean rooms were left open all day until cleaning lady (apparently the owners wife) decided to clean and quit watching tv in laundry room. Carpet was nasty.

“nightmare”

Room was clean but other than that it was a nightmare! People sleeping in the lobby. Room phone ringing off hook with unknown calls, and desk couldn't shut it off. eventually had to unplug it.

“The worst hotel experience I have ever had!”

The party began in the parking lot right after the bars closed. After listinening to the yelling, giggling and squealing from outside for awhile, it moved inside. People knocking and banging on other people's doors, more giggling and squealing, and conversations and make out sessions in the hallway. This went on ALL night. Definitely not a place to go if you're looking for a good night's sleep.
