“Good inexpence place to stay in York.”

An inexpensive hotel located on a busy highway near the freeway interchange is a little bit tricky to get into and if you make an illegal u-turn you will get a ticket by a revenue hungry city cop. The desk clerk warned us of us so we didn't get a ticket. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The continental breakfast was small be adequate. The food was quickly replenished as it was consumed by the guests. The staff was very informative on driving directions, local attractions & places to eat.

“Nice hotel, worth the budget price”

As with a lot of Patel Hotels, the front staff isn't very friendly (I don't know why) but they do get the job done. The stairs needed a vaccum. Our 2nd floor room was clean, bright, and importantly - quiet. (We've stayed on the 1st floor before but it's too noisy.) Pillows were flat and not enough of them (I like 2 per person). Shower was very nice and all items looked new. Bathroom was small. AM breakfast was the usual coffee, milk, cereal and pre-packaged sweet treats. I'd be happy to stay again & again as long as the rates stay low. Very convenient location.

Far better than the existing ratings for this hotel. We've stayed here several times, usually for five days each visit, over the past couple of years. NO PROBLEMS, NOT ONCE. ALWAYS a clean room, quiet, with courteous staff, and everything in good working order. No frills, very modest breakfast, but it's expected at this price point. Convenient location to nearby services and highways.

The service at this hotel was much better than some of the reviews had said. The front desk staff was great. Overall it was your typical hotel. Not much for breakfast. Room was pretty clean.

Customer Service was excellent! Room was very comfortable and very clean. My only concern was that doors leading outside had no locks on them, anyone could enter into building.

My husband and I spent last night there knowing that you get what you pay for. The staff was wonderful and very nice. The room was what I expected. No frills, not real clean (the floors and tub), and no TV remote. But it was a good place to sleep for one night. I would go there again for the price and the hospitality.

“Loud hotel staff but otherwise great stay, great $”

No real complaints. Very quiet the evening we stayed, clean for a Patel hotel, elevator had full coffee cup sitting on floor (?), not stingy with the soap but stingy with the towels but we come to expect that at 1 star hotels. Only odd thing was we meet a friend in the lobby and sat quietly talking for about 10 minutes. (We are all adults and know how to behave in public.) The hotel staff were watching us VERY closely and one man was talking LOUD in his native language which sounded very angry. It was hard to talk amoungst us while the other man spoke so loud. I don't think the staff cared that the spoke so loud. That was the only odd thing during our stay,
