“Lacrosse Tournament”

Excellent accomodations-rooms were sizable. Great mini-store. Pool and hot tub - both salt water, so no cholorine, which was a plus. Very clean hotel for allowing pets. We would stay again.

“Great choice for our stay at Hershey”

Fabulous hotel. Clean, clean, clean. Sparkling clean. New hotel. Friendly staff and nicely appointed. I accidently left my car keys in room at check out. After a full day at Hershey, I called the hotel panicked that I had lost my set of keys. The staff was friendly, took my number and agreed to go check the room to see if I had left them there. 10 minutes later, a call back saying, housekeeping had found my keys! Boy, was I relieved. This hotel was a perfect choice for myself and family. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. Only 15 minutes to Hershey Park and right off the highway.

“An okay stay.”

Very friendly staff, very clean. Disappointed that pool was not operational during the entire stay and was not informed of this at check-in. That was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. No hot water in the shower on Friday morning, tepid on Saturday. Very convenient location for training center.

“probably would not go back”

I was quite surprised that there was NO breakfast offered. They also only had one cot, which was in use. I would not equate this to a normal "suite styly" hotel. We also had a random glass and a half empty shampoo bottle left in the bathroom.

“disappointed”

The hotel advertised a one bedroom suite and a studio suite. I was disappointed to find that my room was not a one bedroom suite but a studio suite. They should not advertise the one bedroom as being separate from the studio when it is the same.
