This hotel had a great location near the Farm show complex, and the motel style complex made it easy to get in and out of your room and area. The Fan on the air conditioner was not working properly- had a hight pitched sound when it came on; and the room was not cleaned to the best standards. However everything was new and simple. Smelled nice.
Other guests were noisy- hanging out infront of their rooms; but for the price it was suitable.
We've used this hotel before and it seems that things have changed. Our check-in was met with a very flustered concierge representative who was all by himself. Although we checked in late, her was pretty busy handling things all on his own. Our room was spacious and comfortable but it didn't smell like a freshly made room. It was a little stuffy and could have used some air freshener. If you're looking for a place to sleep and don't spend much time in the room then this is the place for you.
I stayed here with my daughter and her friends after a concert at Hersheypark Stadium. It was an easy 15 minute drive. The hotel offered free wifi and the pool was open until midnight, both great perks when traveling with teens.
Typically we wouldn't reserve a room at a conference center but this was the only option for a last-minute trip to Hershey Park. My husband and I were very pleased with the location, staff, facility, and restaurant. The only thing that bothered us was the very small bathroom. We would absolutely stay again.
Beautiful hotel. I stayed there 2 nights and 3days a family of 4. The bed is comfortable. The kids enjoyed it. Off the highway. About 15-20 minutes to Hersheypark. Room was clean. The only problem is the noise of the AC. I liked the breakfast buffet. The staff were excellent. Lot of restaurants around. I recommend this hotel.
