It was 1 day visit to rishikesh and their hospitality was excellent. prompt services.breakfast was delicious and so fulfilling.Best part in our stay was The spiritual Evening ganga aarti at triveni ghat and at the time of checkout they gifted us complimentary ganga jal bottle.Thank you for the wonderful experience.

It was a solo trip to Rishikesh.The vibes of the hotel is very positive.Staff was humble .Breakfast was excellent.In evening their team member took for Ganga aarti at triveni ghat felt a spiritual connecr with vibes of the place.Perfect for a solo female traveller .Highly recommended

We recently stayed at the EllBee hotel in Rishikesh for two nights, booked through the Expedia app. Despite the promising appearance on the Expedia website, our experience was mixed. The welcome drink, a sweet rose water concoction, was a nice touch. However, the overall hotel had an unpleasant smell and seemed poorly maintained.Upon entering our room, we encountered a musty odor, suggesting it might have been closed for an extended period. Despite this, the room did offer a good view of the Ganga. We faced issues with cleanliness, especially in the shower, bathtub, and toilet, but the staff promptly attended to our request for cleaning.We had to change rooms due to a malfunctioning shower, and the new room lacked blackout curtains, allowing unwanted light in at night. Additionally, the restriction of providing only one key card per room was inconvenient. The staff, particularly at the reception, could be more accommodating in this regard.While the hotel has potential with its Ganga views, improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service are needed for a more satisfactory stay."

Absolutely atrocious. Stay away
The hotel have advertised themselves as a 4 star hotel and without being overly emotional this hotel is not more than a 1 star hotel with aspirations of being something better. It is dirty, the staff are shouting at each other whilst customers are there. There is no one to take your luggage which is a given in a 4 star hotel. The room service is atrocious they dont even answer the phone, i had to ask 5 times for bottled water which eventually i was charged for which again a 4 star hotel gives as complimentary. The food was salty and eventually when it came the staff came with a grumpy face and no manners. The hotel is dirty totally run down, do not be deceived by its amazing pictures. I had booked this hotel for 2 nights and i left after 4 hours as i had enough of it. I had to complain that why are you charging me for water and i was told that its their hotel policy and due to the seriousness of the situation they refunded my water and that is the only compensation i got. There are no views of nothing. Totally feel misled by the Hotel and its reviews and also Hotels.com that they let this happen. It is totally disgusting. This is not a spiteful review or overly emotional. i feel very misled. Stay away

We were promised jain food but they had very limited options for lunch and dinner.No safe parking place is there.They have a small parking space at the back of hotel where anybody irresponsible will be given your car keys to park it.They put a dent on my new car and scratched it's paint on the front while parking it.When I talked to the owner Mr.Sahib and the front desk no body was willing to own it and I was not compensated.We came back feeling awful.

Elbee Ganga (for me) is one of those places that used to be good at sometime. While the staff is friendly and very attentive, it all ends there. The main gate to enter had bags of sand and cement for you to get in and cars and SUV’s can’t get in. So you enter the hotel with sand in your shoes. The rooms are dilapidated and closets, furniture, and beds are worn out and way past their lifespan. Bathrooms have water stains on the walls and ceilings and mine had a fly that refused to leave. The pictures on the website must be from when it was new as that sheen and feel has long gone. The two saving grace for the property are the folks who work there and the food in the restaurant on 5th floor. We were there for an evening and night so managed it but I would not recommend this place to my friends and family visiting Rishikesh.

This was one of your VIP Access hotels and yet they didn't give any of the services that were outlined in your program. I had requested a room with twin beds instead of one bed (since there were 2 of us) but they declined that request, even though it was available. I was away for the day and the room was not cleaned until I called down and asked for it to be cleaned. They told me that they don't clean the rooms daily unless you tell them to, I've never heard of that process in a hotel. I have to say I was very disappointed in their customer service, maybe it was a language barrier, I'm not sure...

PROPERTY FROM HELL, Room sharing a wall with elevator was given, horrible noice of the elevator every few minutes lasted past 2 am, this was also on the top floor with restaurant above, with chairs moving every few minutes, THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM HOTELS.COM, Front desk 2 gentle men were very rude and flatly ignored me, when I tried to tell them my issues and requested to change the room next morning.

Avoid this hotel, the manager Manish is a rude person and tried his best to mske the stay uncomfortable. The toilets are dirtiest of all in this class of hotels. The food is rotten and the SPA is advertised but services not provided.

No hygiene no cleanliness even cob webs not cleaned in the restaurent. Very old plumbing fixtures. Showerwon’work, have to call for repair all the time Breakfast is terrible appears the cook is not a professional. Only attraction is the location, nearer to Holy Ganga arati daily in the evening Not the with to pay RS. 3000 and odd rupees a day. Never I will choose this hotel in future.

Absolutely ridiculous. I had called property as per they offer cab service, I spoke with Rina in the phone she said she will call me back and no body ever called. No one came to pick my bag. They had to change my room yes they had left all dirty towels in the clean room so how could you call the room was clean? There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There was a lot more to explain bathroom was smelly stinky and weird smell was coming out of it, the curtain has mold all over it so I had to ask to change the room, when the room was changed it was a similar thing in the other room also, black mold was all over in the bathroom I wish there is a room to upload pictures with Expedia otherwise I would have upload lotta pictures that would really gross you out I would never ever come back to this hotel even if they offer for me to stay free, I highly recommend not to stay here

Cleanliness was poor. Had to use a lot of personal requests to staffs. No supervision on cleaning. Washroom was smelling, no toilet paper. We had to buy Odonil for awfully smelly washroom. Staffs are not trained.

Filthy and not worth the price. The first room was so moldy/smelled so bad I immediately got a headache. They moved me to a room that was an “upgrade” after telling me there were no upgrades available. While less moldy, the room was still filthy. There is stuff on the floor, the shower curtain is now brown instead of white, and surfaces have obviously not been cleaned in a long time. Even the toilet had obviously not been cleaned properly. The “clean” dishes at breakfast still have tiny pieces of food on them, the kettle smelled so bad I couldn’t use it, the windows and mirrors and glass door were splattered with stuff and fingerprints (a few places where somebody smudged stuff around as if trying to clean it). I asked about a massage but was told they couldn’t help me arrange one because their spa was closed. I asked them to help me with a couple other things to which the answer was always “no.” I’ve always found people here in India to be friendly and helpful but not here. The wire on the phone is exposed, I saw a couple crawling things in the bathroom, the air conditioner if off when you leave so the room is boiling… “Housekeeping” woke me up early the morning of the day I checked out. This hotel was designed to be special but has fallen into severe decay.

The hotel is conveniently located and organises Ganga Aarti as do many others in the area. However overall ambience and upkeep is poor, food is average. A specific downer for us was that they promised us spa facility repeatedly in pre-booking but it was not available. Need to do better.

My stay at EllBee Ganga View has been the worst hotel stay ever. Faced issues right from the check-in until check-out. The hotel has parking for only 4 cars inside the gate; rest of the cars need to be parked outside. No person from security at the gate. On check-in, we were provided room 206. The bedsheet in the room was torn and had curry spots. When asked for an additional spoon to stir my tea and extra bathroom slippers, I was told the ‘Deluxe Double Room’ is supposed to be a single-occupancy room and thus, it has been equipped for a single person only. The Refrigerator was humming loudly. The Air Conditioning in the room didn’t have a Heating mode. Had to sleep in a cold room for the night. When this was brought up with the hotel staff next day, they provided us with an upgraded room no 404 which was supposed to have heating. But the heating did not work there either. We asked the manager (around 1pm) to get this fixed before we move our luggage to this room, but even around 5.30 pm, this was not fixed. The hotel staff didn’t even have a Heater available. We received a heater around 10.30 pm. While we were out for dinner around 8.30pm, the hotel staff including the manager, the head of housekeeping, and one person from maintenance went into our room in our absence, without calling us up to ask for permission. Very sad to state that this hotel has been marked as 4-star where the facilities and hospitality are both abysmal. Would not recommend staying here.

The rooftop restaurant, plus the open terrace above it, then the Beatles corner at a level above and finally the viewing point at the very top are great to relax and give beautiful views of the Shivalik mountains and the Ganga river. The food in the restaurant was good too (except for doughnuts that were microwaved before they were served making them chewy and rubbery). The restaurant ambience and decor is also great. The main problems are the rooms. Towels and bedsheets haven't been replaced in years, curtains are flimsy light, the shower knob came off while taking a bath and fell on my feet. Dusty under beds and shoddy cleaning overall. The staff however were helpful and cordial. But that could not make up for the badly maintained common areas and room.

The hotel is next door to a cow yard and a trash dump and as a result there are thousands of flies all over the open areas of the hotel. The room and bed were extremely comfortable but the bed did not have a mattress cover and the mattress was dirty and stained and the pillows the same. The duvet cover was torn in a couple of places. The towels were in bad condition, dingy and frayed. Bathroom was dirty and not well maintained with stained marble in the shower and around the toilet. All that said the Staff was very nice and pleasant. The hotel has a great view of the Ganges and the mountains. We loved Rishikesh and the hotel is nice but the quality of the linens were the worst we have experienced anywhere.

The hotel room was nice and clean. The roof top restaurant outside needs a good clean as was very strong smell that put me off food. Roof top was closed for private function or payment to access also.

Charming property, on the opposite side of the road with a view of the Ganges. Food was excellent in the Sitting Elephant. Wifi did not work well.

We went for our anniversary celebration and it turned into a very very beautiful memory. The hotel was very nice, clean, beautiful paintings, amazing staff specially the manager who was concern to all the guests in the hotel. Food was also delicious exceptionally. River view at the restaurant doubled the taste. We took Yoga session also in the morning which was a great start of the day. I got a compliment of spa service also which added more in teh whole experience. Loved the place very much. Recommend to all the travelers towards Rishikesh. Thank you team Ellbee Ganga!

Excellent staff, hotel facilities and very authentic & taste food. Staff can do anything to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is as per international standards. I recommend this hotel to stay for visiting Rishikesh, and further. We visited Hemkund Sahib.

Very good location; extremely friendly and helpful staff especially the Manager Negiji, who went out of his way to make us comfortable. He took us all the way to the Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat, which was one of the most awesome and unforgettable experiences of our whole trip! The staff in the restaurant were also extremely helpful and attentive

The view of the holy Ganges in the backdrop of the Himalayas from the room is breathtaking. Awesome location and ganga view are the key USP of this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are very well-behaved and cooperative. Food is very good but only vegetarian dishes are available; although the view from the rooftop restaurant will amaze you. Spa service is average and can be improved. The complementary yoga session is also good.
