Très bien mais pas plus de 3 par chambre
Très bon séjour. Nous aurions préféré une chambre avec lit king mais à 6 pour deux chambres ils n’ont pas voulu. Deux lits doubles mais pas 4 personnes par chambre. Dommage mais c’est quand même un très bon hôtel

Tout était parfait a part ...
Accueil parfait, service parfait, plats chaud du petit déjeuner n'était pas suffisamment chaud a mon gout. Seul gros bémol il y avait des puces dans le tapis de la chambre. Ça nous a tout de même gâché notre séjour et le wifi assez lent.

Assez parfait, dommage il y avait des puces
Tout était parfait appart le petit déjeuner ou les Dim Sum et plats était plus tôt froid que chaud. Et j'aimerai signaler aussi qu'en Asie souvent les chambres d’hôtel on des puces dans le tapis. Ce qui était mon cas, je l'ai signaler et demander de changer les draps de lit plus souvent ce qui a été fait, mais rien de plus (même pas traite le tapis avec un spray contre les puces) ni un geste de compensation. J'en avais plein les jambes et les bras des piqûres de puces.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the pool and gym were very nice. Quick to switch rooms on request, providing ample water, helping with recommendations, and the breakfast was incredible for the price(plus they allowed take away). Was the equivalent of a 4 or 5 star hotel in America. Truly a great experience. 5m drive to Westlake.

Fint hotell med bristande engelska och information
Fint hotell, stora fina rum med mycket plats. Personalen kunde knappt någon engelska och var dåliga på att ge information om tex frukost, faciliteter osv. Fanns heller ingen information på rummet att läsa sig till. Fanns informationskanaler på tvn men där gick bara reklamfilmer. Väldigt tyst hotell och passade oss med ett litet barn utmärkt. I frukosten fanns mycket och god mat. De uppmärksammade barn och gav oss barnstol och barntallrik och bestick - uppskattades. Valde hotellet lite eftersom de hade barnpool inomhus, men där var man tvungen att köpa till sig badmössa, vilket gjorde att vi inte besökte badet.

nice and clean, staff speak a good level of English which makes it easier. I use this hotel whenever I visit the city for work. It’s located near lots of shops and not too far from hangzhou east train station or the west lane.

Marriott remains the top brand. This hotel once again proves this point. It si conveniently connected with JW Marriott. The swimming pool is exceptionally large, The breakfast is really good and has anything one could. Team at the reception is exceptional. Fancy Zhou and Lee Li went above and beyond to make my check in and check out comfortable and pleasant experience. Very nice hotel i will always keep going back to.
