“The pool was really warm.”

The minute we arrived the staff was ready to assist us. The lobby was roomy and clean. The staff gave advice on family restaurants and area activities. Our room was clean and had plenty of towels, pillows etc. The microwave and refrigerator was clean and worked well. They came in handy as we were traveling with a 4 yr old. It was a short drive to the beach and restaurants. The pool was really warm. If you looking for a cool refreshing splash, you may not be satisfied. I loved that the pool was warmer than the air. We didn't hear noise from others but knew we had neighbors by passing them in the halls. We went to Water Country water park and the hotel was able to offer us discount tickets. That helped a lot for our part of 4. We did a late check in and had no issues. The lady who cleaned our room was very polite and tried to not bother our things in cleaning our room while we were out. Overall, we were extremely satisfied in our mini vacation to Hampton Falls and Hampton Beach. We plan on making it a yearly visit.

“Ok...”

Nice place for the price... Smelled really smokey though. We had to put a towel under the door to the hall so the smoke wouldn't come in. Pool and hot tub were great.

“Decent Hotel”

This hotel is pretty much like any other standard chain hotel, like a Holiday Inn or a Best Western. If you want a basic, decent, reasonable place to stay, this hotel will work out just fine.

“Not impressed.”

The hotel was adequate and in a good location. No amenities beyond coffee in the lobby in the morning. Our Google map directions were very misleading so it was hard for someone new to the area to find. Hotel staff were very helpful on the phone, however.

“O.K. but don;t want to go back”

The room and hallway had that humid, damp feel that hotels with pools or hot spas sometimes have. The room was clean but cold and decorated in a tacky, cheap kind of way. I didn't like being in it. I couldn't wait to leave.

“Would not recommend!!!”

Not the best. We got there, went to use the pool and it was green!!! There also looked to be alge on the bottom of the pool. When I complained to the front desk clerk, there was someone else complaining about the same issue. She told us we needed to talk to someone else. She took our room numbers and said someone would get back to us and they never did. I was also supposed to have 2 double beds. Instead, I got a queen bed with an uncomfortable pull out couch. Ice machine also smelled like rotton eggs....YUK!!!

“Hampton Inn”

The restaurant was close ... and the pool was too dirty to swim in.. but the room was clean

“Fine for the Money.”

The pool really needs to be sandblasted. The edges inside the pool are all brown looking.

“never stay here until they update and clean”

this hotel from a distance looked nice. Inside was a very different story. the rooms were old and the furniture needs to be thrown out! Every thing needed a good scrubbing and i did not allow my family to go barefoot for fear of catching something. there was an attached patio but the door to access it barely worked. When we did get the door open we found the patio had never been cleaned!. the hotel had a pool but the area around it was dirty! overall i think no one should stay there unless you are desperate. If we had not paid in advance i would have never stayed beyond the first view.
