“Fab stay”

Second time staying here, already planning next stay, we stayed in family room, 2 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs and had loads of space in the room, swimming pool is small but does the job, if it keeps kids happy then I'm happy! New Forest is a winner and so is the moorhill House hotel.

Our room was a perfect size and very well maintained; the bunk beds were really appreciated by my two young boys. Food was good quality and not too expensive, definitely to be recommended for an evening family meal. We all spent a lot of time in the pool and the sauna was a very welcome addition. The staff were very helpful and friendly and really could not do enough for you. Service was efficient but not over fussy. You could not better the position of the hotel, as it is down a secluded road and you can walk straight out from the hotel into the New Forest without having to cross any roads - I would thoroughly recommend.

“A pleasant stay”

Superb location, pleasing aspect. The staff were excellent, and dinner in the restaurant surprisingly good. The hotel looks a little dated, and internal decoration could be improved to "freshen it up" a little.
