I booked for 24 nights and left after 2. I could not get a refund so had to pay for another hotel. The room was bad, no shower guard so water went every where, the toilet backed up, staff were clueless as upon arrival they tried to say I had not payed so I ended up waiting in my car and trying to resolve the problem for over 2 hours. The food was terrible. The restaurant was very dirty.The housekeeper cleaned the floor with dirty towels ,no clean water and mop.No security from non hotel guests, therefore no privacy. But I would like to thank Expedia for helping me find another place. I would not recommend this place for someone who wants to relax and enjoy their vacation.

Great hotel for great price!
We had dinner included and it was one of the best buffets I've had in Tunisia, and I've had many! We had a 5th floor room overlooking the pool, very quiet. Just outside the hotel is shops and restaurants to walk along and visit. There is a game room with 2 pool tables, an air hockey table and foosball. While it's not right on the beach, its no more than a few minutes walk away! Very busy hotel with a varied crowd: families, couples, older, young... Will def go back! Enjoyed our stay!

Value for money hotel
It was a fantastic place despite the fact that the building & fittings are dated. The children loved it because of the many pools & the daily & nightly entertainment. The food was abundant and varied on the all inclusive board and the staff were all great and very helpful. We have made so many friends of them and I'm sure the children and even the wife would want to go back there again. If you're looking for fun and not for luxury,it's a good place to book as it's so close to its own beach (across the road in fact) and a multitude of cafes', restaurants and shops. It's also so close to Hammamet Yasmine, Hammamet town (walking distance) and a few miles (4-6) to the Maurish town of Nabeul with its Souk & Kasbah where you can buy ceramic & leather souvenirs & organic fruit, cheese, all sorts of nuts and extra virgin olive oil!!!

Excellent staff let down by premises
A big thank you to Mabrouka, Mehdi, Raouf, Anis, chefs and waiters who made our stay worthwhile. May you all be prosperous. Very disappointed with manager, animation crew who never bothered to talk to us because we didn't fit the "tourist look" as we are not white and I was fully covered in my hijab. My 6 yr old boy was even shunned shame on you!!! Mabrouka the lovely cleaning lady who worked tirelessly from mroning to evening made sure our room was always superb and we even noticed the difference when she was off as whoever took over didn't even bother TO MAKE THE BED. Don't get fooled with reviews if one is used to 4/ 5*. Always ask for rooms on the 4th or 5th floor. I ended up with a terrible back ache on the first night as was placed on the 3rd floor terrible and haggard room. Unfortunately checked out early for a better hotel, but our heart and love goes all out to the hardworking cleaning lady- Mabrouka, Raouf and Mehdi the face of the hotel, Anis who bothered to talk to us and organised trips and the chefs and waiters. Guissip the manager and animation crew you were a flop and paying customers don't deserve to be discriminated. You are there to serve all and not to pick and choose according to colour or creed.

Nice Hotel close to local towns for exploring
I ;like this hotel, lots provided if you are happy to stay within the resort. I .liked that it was only a few dinar to both Nabeul and Hammamet, Nabeul was .lovely and vibrant, stop at any orange juice seller and you will get an amazing drink for a dinar. Makes oranges in this country look like pale cousins. For around 7 dinar you can get a return train to Tunis, there are street and streets of people selling good, unlike the tourist souks these are amazing to walk through (try and be respectful and cover your legs) these are markets the locals use so prices are not inflated. Love Tunisia and would return

We had problem at the desk at 3 am when we arrived late that night The clerk could not find our reservation as he looked in many places I showed him the email confirmation and text message from hotel.com and still insisted that we don't have reservation even he called in his supervisor who seemed to be drunk and they decided to give us a room pending morning investigation The morning manager was negligent in her duties as she did not check the hotel emails Sunday and monday

Per una vacanza al mare a basso costo ok Peccato per la discoteca all’aperto a pochi metri dall‘hotel con musica dalle 24:00 alle 04:00 del mattino. Praticamente impossibile dormire! Sconsiglio a famiglie con bambini!

Chambres propres, cuisine variée très belle piscine. Le personnel est serviable. Préviligier les chambres vue sur qui sont plus ensoleillées et aérées. Le seul souci c'est la plage de Hammamet qui n'est pas propre et rempli de méduses

Lhotel est hyper sympa les chambres sont magnifiques je recommande vivement. Le staff rien a dire leur chef de service ainsi que la réceptionniste Fatiha ils ont été à la hauteur et hyper professionnels ! Chapeau bas pour eux ❤️ Sans oublier l’animation et le climat hyper favorable 👍

Det tar extra betalt för alla bekvämheter t,ex säkerhets låda, kyl, tv som bruka vara ingår i det priset som vi har betalat när vi bokade. Restaurangen var smöttsig inne i köket, bistick och tallrikar inte diskats bra och var kvar med mat rester. Dålig hygien...

un désastre
Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné ma maman et moi avec LASTMINUTE une semaine dans cet hôtel séjour du 28 Septembre au 5 Octobre et nous avons pris une chambre en plus avec expédia pour un ami donc 1000 euros, cette expérience nous a refroidis surtout cette hôtel ancien Club Marmara, il est vétuste a un point inimaginable, aucune insonorisation, une humidité catastrophique. Arrivée a 2h du matin beaucoup trop de marches dans tous les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs de l'hôtel et certaines n'étant pas éclairées la nuit, les ascenseurs également ( en 2017) les bungalow un désastre nous avons demandés à changé rapidement de chambre, proposition d'une chambre dans l’îlot centrale = une horreur, puis finalement une chambre au 5éme étage rénovée la 519 et la deuxième la 151.La femme de ménage été au top nous lui avons seulement demandée une fois de nettoyé notre chambre, elles sont tellement surchargé de travail. Au restaurant, les repas sont presque identique tous les jours, limite nous nous sommes demandés s'ils ne reprennent pas les restent laisser par les clients pour en faire des salades,horrible gaspillage alimentaire, les gens en prennent dix fo après avoir payer du all inclusive on a fini par manger dehors ( au moins bonne nouvelle j'ai perdue 4 kilos)La vaisselle est très sale et les nappes tous le temps tachées .. Attention les chats montent sur les tables si vous prenez du poisson et les mouches lorsque vous manger en intérieur ou extérieur c'est horrible et infecte.

bonne accueil, un bon effort du personels
J'ai passé dix jours avec ma femme. La chambre est bien avec une bonne vue sur mer c'est relaxant. La nouriture au restaurant est corect.
