“Excellent staff”

I found the staff on my recent stay extremely helpful and friendly - from where to change money, to where to eat, shop, etc - they answered every question wonderfully. The only bone I could possibly pick was that the chlorine smell in the pool area was extremely strong - I just couldn't bring myself to dip into that. Otherwise, a solid 4 on staff, cleanliness and convenience.

“Good for the price”

Good value for the price. Clean facilities. Hotel staff were very helpful. Some problems with internet connection, though. Jake's oyster house next door had very good food.

“I am already looking forward to my next visit!”

Excellent facility. Attentive staff. Superb breakfast. I was especially impressed with the staff on the front desk. Prior to my arrival, I called asking for information about limousine service to the Buffalo airport. Although she did not know the answer, the young lady I spoke to called me back within ten minutes with the information I needed. Wow!

“Just Like Home”

This hotel was very clean, comfortable and just off the freeway. They served us a free buffet style breakfast in the morning.....perfect start to a busy day! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the Burlington Ontario, Canada area.

“Great Hotel for the price.”

Nice hotel, great service, very clean. Just a suggestion: with all of the winerys around the only thing lacking was a bottle opener in the room!

“Clean and comfortable...a nice weekend getaway”

The hotel was very nicely updated and clean. My one complaint was that it was loud; I could hear a lot through the doors. Everytime anyone closed a door in the hallway we heard it loud and clear. We could hear conversations from others down the hall and even in rooms as we walked by. This proved to be very disruptive and bothersome. Otherwise it was a very nice hotel and I would consider staying there again.
