“Excellent. Highly recommended.”

I'm a frequent traveller. Everything about this hotel is right. Enthusiastic staff, well-equipped room, very comfy bed, nice bathroom, all free amenities, everything nice. It fulfills every promise in its description, and then a bit more. I would highly recommend this hotel.

“Just Like Home”

This hotel was very clean, comfortable and just off the freeway. They served us a free buffet style breakfast in the morning.....perfect start to a busy day! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the Burlington Ontario, Canada area.

“Middle of the road”

Not a high end hotel but not a dive either. We had a room with a King bed. The room was comfortable but not overly large. The included breakfast is excellent (scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles along with the usual offerings). The hotel is undergoing exterior renovations (May 2011) but we were fortunate enough to get a room on the side that wasnt being worked on...so something to consider when booking.

“I am already looking forward to my next visit!”

Excellent facility. Attentive staff. Superb breakfast. I was especially impressed with the staff on the front desk. Prior to my arrival, I called asking for information about limousine service to the Buffalo airport. Although she did not know the answer, the young lady I spoke to called me back within ten minutes with the information I needed. Wow!

“Clean and comfortable...a nice weekend getaway”

The hotel was very nicely updated and clean. My one complaint was that it was loud; I could hear a lot through the doors. Everytime anyone closed a door in the hallway we heard it loud and clear. We could hear conversations from others down the hall and even in rooms as we walked by. This proved to be very disruptive and bothersome. Otherwise it was a very nice hotel and I would consider staying there again.

“Nice hotel with lots of nice ammenities”

Very nice hotel that has under gone lots of renovations. Nice breakfast buffett. Good seafood place right next door to the hotel.

“Excellent bang for the buck”

This hotel has undergone renovations and now offers excellent services for the price charged. We were given a double Queen with surprisingly comfortable beds and lots of pillows. The room had a flat screen television, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and free Internet. Are you going to find chocolates on your pillow? No, but it was clean, quiet and excellent value. There is a shallow indoor pool that is too short to swim laps (better for kids) and an exercise room with two cardio machines. There is a laundry room on premise. Travellers benefit from a free breakfast in the lobby every morning. There are even free computers in the lobby with Internet access.

“Good place to stay”

We were very pleased with our three night stay at the Quality Inn in Burlington. Great location and excellent service. The included breakfast was above expectation. Good coffee! Nice lobby. Modern and clean. No complaints.
