“Great hotel....I would stay again!”

We stayed for overnight business trip and hotel was easy to accesss with exit right off the highway but as other reviewers have said the hotel is NOT in a touristy walk around location so keep that in mind. The staff were friendly and check in was super fast. Room was comfortable and clean although I did miss the hook on back of bathroom door to hang stuff (note for Manger if reading)...hot buffet breakfast was quite nice and one of our deciding factors and why we now choose Holiday Inn Express over other hotels. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would gladly stay again next time in Hamilton. One last thing, there was a Golden Griddle Restaurant right next door.

“Great Service!”

Although this hotel is in an industrial area and does not have much around it, it is centrally located, had great rooms and great service. They offered to move rooms for me, away from any noise when I mentioned I needed some peace and quiet. I would definitely go back to this hotel again.

“convenient”

We were in Hamilton for a wedding . It was a holiday weekend. The hotel was easy to find from the QEW. and it was easy getting to the wedding venue and to the reception hall. The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff was helpful and courteous.

“Will definitely go back.”

We went down to Hamilton for a wedding/holiday. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even offered up information on attractions in the area to see. We were surprised to find the complimentary breakfast offered up bacon and eggs and more. I have to say they made our stay very enjoyable. The only problem we had was our tv seemed to have a mind of it's own, it liked to turn on and shut off whenever it felt like.

“Satisfactory for Occassion”

Only complaint but really a complaint because I was satisfied with every thing was the dining room. I thought it was a bit small for such a big Hotel. Got to crowed at continental breakfast, which by the way was Great. Full of variety

“Solid hotel, not the best neighbourhood”

A good, clean hotel, with nice staff. Decent buffet breakfast. Location is good if you are looking for something right off the highway, but not ideal if you actually want to do anything in Hamilton.

“last minute stay”

I purchased a last minute room based on 2 adult, 2 child (12 and up). I received a queen and pull out couch. I was not expecting a sound sleep but surprisingly the couch was comfortable for the children.

“My short stay”

Overall I had an excellent experience.Staff was friendly and efficient.Beds were comfortable.I only had a short stay,so it is difficult to say alot about it.The hotel met my basic needs.My children also came with me and were satisfied with their room.

“A little too expensive for what they offer”

No fridge, no microwave and in the middle of an industrial area. The exercise room is too small and was always occupied at 4-6pm. The breakfast was ok though. Quiet also.
